This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Hebden Bridge. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.
This property has a coal fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay and fuel is provided October to March but Mays shop (see below) sells wood coal etc if you want to have a fire as a feature in spring and summer months. The cottage is pet friendly

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
There is a pub next door but one The New Delight open Wednesday to Sunday but they DO NOT do food. The bus which stops hourly just outside runs through Heptonstall, where there are two pubs, onto Hebden where there are numerous bars and eateries, independent shops a coop supermarket and a cinema. Also direct trains to Manchester and Leeds. More locally is Mays farm shop passed the school and turn left onto Edge Lane. Fresh and frozen food available also alcohol and tobacco along with household essentials and much more. Half hour on foot 10 mins by car.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is parking for one vehicle directly in front of the cottage itself and on road additional parking near the pub.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of £20.
