Villa Magnolia is a majestic property located in a privileged enclave in the Sierra de Tramuntana, mountains protected by UNESCO and of international fame. The house sits perfectly on a mountain on the outskirts of Valldemossa with views of the Bay of Palma, which makes it perfect for those who want absolute privacy and tranquility but at the same time be just a few minutes from all the necessary services since Palma is only 20 minutes away by car. For those who wish, it is also possible to walk to the town of Valldemossa, which is about a 25-minute walk away.

This old Majorcan finca has been renovated and taken care of in detail, ensuring that the original essence prevails in every corner of the house but at the same time blends perfectly with the most modern and up-to-date touches. In areas of the house we can find original floors, centennial wooden beams as well as several restored and painted old stone walls, which makes Son Verí a unique property.

The house is divided into two floors and has 6 spacious double bedrooms which open onto the patio which gives air, light and cohesion between the different wings in the property. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

In the living room, with high ceilings and light colors, there are sofas, television with international channels and a dining area, all located under the beautiful restored olive press that goes from floor to ceiling. The bookstore is also a unique area, preserving the original stone and arched shape.

On the lower floor we can also find different reading areas with nice furniture, a guest bathroom and the kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you may need and there is also a large dining table with chairs all overlooking the outdoor spaces though the large windows.

The property has floor heating for those interested in a winter stay and it's fully air conditioned.

The exteriors speak for themselves, with large terraces and a lush garden, there are different areas where one can relax, whether it is leaning back on one of the sun loungers by the magnificent pool, seating on the furniture under the covered built veranda, strolling through the garden contemplating the centenary olive trees or simply observing the wonderful views of the Bay of Palma all while listening to the sound of nature that surrounds and envelops the property.
There is a complete outdoor kitchen, with a table, chairs and a barbecue, so memorable moments enjoying meals and drinks with family and/or friends are guaranteed.

Ideal for families with children as it additionally has a tennis court, large lawns and endless hiding places where they can spend hours playing.

Rates include cleaning service from Monday to Friday in the mornings.
