The home had everything we needed for a lovely getaway. It rained the entire time but we played games, did puzzles and just chilled out. The home was perfect and fit our family perfectly. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This home was the perfect find for our summer vacation! Everything about this home from its location, home amenities, views, and communication were far better than what the listing describes. From the moment I opened the door I knew I wanted to stay here again and bring more family (this trip was me, my dog, and 2 adult family members). Everything was wonderfu and easy. The hosts are very responsive and answered all my questions. The home is so well stocked that we didnt have to scramble to buy anything except for food; even the rental of our linens and towels from a local company I found on a FB recommendation was great (which I also highly recommend doing). This home is also perfect for families with children because its full of books and games to keep everyone happy. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations Ive spent here in Brigantine and Im already excited to plan next years stay! This home is a in the sea of rentals.

Family Friendly!

This place was great for our family of 5! The house is spacious and welcoming. We had plenty of space to relax and be together. But the best part is the location. Just a 3 minute walk down to the beach. With three kids under 10, it’s hard to beat!

Cute little house by the beach

House was updated better than photos shown. Nice location, quiet street. Plenty of room. Owners responded quickly Just make sure you communicate if you have a service animal, we didn't realize we had to before renting, but it wasn't a problem.

Easy and Comfortable

The house is perfect for a beach getaway. A nice place to feel at home while you’re away. While the house is very close to the beach entrance the walk to the beach through the dunes is definitely a walk…but the beach is quiet and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and it was great to have a driveway and outdoor shower. Perfect place, I would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful stay

This is the second time our family of 6 rented this home. The location is fantastic - close to park, grocery, stores, and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The street is quiet and the younger kids could safely ride their bikes. We were part of a larger group (who stayed in the Islander next door), and the backyard was large enough to comfortably host a BBQ with everyone. We can't say enough good things about this place.

Tranquility by the beach!

The renovation of the property is beautifully done. It was very easy to find. Comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well appointed. The backyard was great to play games, have a little cookout and just relax on the nice cool nights. The neighborhood is quiet and great for bike rides.

Great

We really enjoyed the house. It was better than pictures. Everything was great. We missed that we had to bring our own linens, blankets and towels but the late arrival person from our group covered that task for everyone.

Great multi-family option with small children

As the other reviews mention, this rental exceeds expectations. Great accommodation for two families, including three toddlers (ages 1-3) and a dog. Lots of convenient amenities included - the kitchen has everything you could need to eat at home/cook. The backyard is very generously sized. The beach is wide at 44th st, which we knew going-in, so we’d likely rent a beach wagon next time to haul all of our stuff. The host is very friendly and accessible.

Pretty clean for the most part. Everything you could need in the kitchen and lots of outdoor seating

Clean for the most part. There was one shower and the inner shower curtain was dirty and had pink bacteria on it. The couch was dirty, We placed sheets over the couches. Other than that the place was cute and had everything you would Need in the kitchen. The decor was cute and homey. Overall a nice place to stay.

Extremely surprised to see such a negative review. Especially because other guests that have stayed comment about how clean the house is. And more importantly because my husband and I communicate often with our guests and if everything isn’t perfect we are happy to address it immediately. Although it is unrealistic to think that the beige pottery barn couch would be professionally cleaned between guests, it is professionally cleaned at the beginning of the season. As for the shower curtain, it is replaced often and bleached between guests along with the rest of the bathroom. It’s difficult to address concerns after the fact. It would be helpful to be informed of issues, if there are any, at the time.

Decent shore house

Excellent location and nice kitchen. Nice small yard, but fencing is only partial. No beach tags. Have to bring own blankets, not just sheets. The closet that backs up to the shower smelled of mildew -- not a surprise as there is no exhaust fan. Overall decent.
