We have just returned from this beautiful villa, and what a wonderful time we had. From the warm welcome from Panagis, the home cooked food prepared for us, his homemade wine to the spotlessly clean living accommodation, we wanted for nothing. The sunsets are stunning from the terrace as is the private pool. Panagis is a perfect host and couldn’t do enough for us. He truly is a kind soul. We will return.

Our stay in Panagis house was perfect in every way! It's about a 7 minute ride from the airport, and he provided very good directions to the villa. It's about a 10 minute ride from the capital of Argostoli, which was very convenient with many tavernas, coffee shops, and markets close by. The villa was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook a meal. The kids spent hours playing ping pong, swimming in the pool and the outside area was very relaxing. The view was amazing! We enjoyed looking at the sea every morning and the sunset every night. Panagis' hospitality was unlike any other house we've stayed in and we travel alot. You can tell he takes pride in his home and goes out of his way to make sure his guests are taken care of. He is one of a kind! We cannot wait to come back to Kefalonia!

Just had a great weeks stay , for myself and my wife, in this fabulous 5 star villa. The villa has great views and great sunsets , if you like airplanes at all you will love the view in the distance of the runway (don't be put off you if you aren't, as there not many flights per day), also had view of 4 cruise ships passing by. Great location as only 5 minutes from the airport, and only about 7 minutes to the shops, supermarkets and resturants of the laid back resort of Lassi and 12 minutes to Argostoli (see the turtles). The welcome pack , provided by Peter the owner, was the best we have ever had (including a full Greek style dinner). The accommodation is first class , almost hotel like, would recommend a stay for a couple, two couples or a couple with 1 or 2 children etc. Many thanks to the owner Peter.

Another Fabulous Stay

Another fantastic stay at Villa Roxanne. Everything was spotlessly clean and all little details thought of. Close to shops, beaches, lovely restaurants and the town. The owner Panagis is one of the kindest people we have met - from the delicious home cooked food on arrival to all the extra little touches, nothing is too much trouble. We were once again very sad to leave and will be back again in future!

What an amazing property! We were not disappointed. Panagis was such an amazing host and the accommodation was exactly as described, it was clean, comfortable a real home from home. The view will not disappoint at all! Even though the airport is close by, it doesn’t spoil the calm of the villa and it adds a good talking point. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we will be back!!

We’ve just left Villa Roxanni. We’ve had the most amazing week. The villa is beautiful, the setting is idyllic and all of the facilities are exemplary. What made our stay absolutely perfect was the hospitality of our host Panagis. He is possibly the nicest person I have ever met! He had provided home cooked food for when we arrived and home made wine through the week, which was delicious. I felt bad not being able to drink it all on our final night. Nothing was too much trouble through our entire stay. He even gave us lemons and grapefruit from the fruit trees in his garden. The villa was cleaned part way through the week, which we were not expecting. It’s one of those tough reviews to write as if we’re too glowing, others might book it before we can next year, but it’s worth it as I’d like to think others can enjoy the same experience we have. Enjoy.

Absolutely fabulous property, everything is catered for. Do not let the proximity to the airport put you off the airplanes are not intrusive at all. Panagis is the most wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming and very kindly filled the fridge for our arrival. His homegrown tomatoes are divine and a lovely touch being able to pick them fresh each day. Close to all amenities, we cannot wait to go back!

Lovely stay, and lovely host

We had a great week staying in Panagis’ villa, he was a very kind and generous host. The villa was immaculate, just as good as the photos suggest. It is near the airport, but the flights are so infrequent that they don’t bother you, if anything the kids ran to the balcony every time a plane landed. It looks west so you get fantastic sunsets. All in all, a great week.

An incredible place to stay and exactly as described. Amazing modern facilities and everything had been thought of.The owner was the most amazing host. Non intrusive but very helpful. Provided tips on where to eat and shop. He had made a lovely cooked meal for our arrival so we didn't need to venture out. He gave us bottles of homemade wine which was amazing and in the mornings we'd find fresh fruit that he would have left in the table. Brilliant location and very peaceful but close enough to get to everything. Would definitely be back.

Return visit.

Thank you Peter for making our second visit to the Villa Roxanne as memorable as our first. What a great location for a base to explore the island. The Airport being nearby is a bonus and the arrival and departures of the planes didn't affect the peace and quiet of the area. The food that you prepared for our arrival was much appreciated as well as the well stocked fridge, very generous, thank you.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Kefalonia and honestly couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, but what truly made our stay so special was the incredible hospitality of our host, Panagis. When we arrived, Panagis not only had the fridge fully stocked, but he went above and beyond, preparing the most delicious home-cooked meals for us, giving us a real taste of traditional Kefalonian hospitality. Every meal was made with such care and was absolutely delicious. Our children especially loved spending time in his garden, where he encouraged them to pick fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the plants. The location of the villa was perfect— close to the airport (don’t be at all put off by this, there are few flights and we enjoyed watching them). There are beautiful beaches within a short drive. We often went down to swim in the evening and watch the sunset. We even saw where the turtles are nesting. It’s an ideal base for exploring everything Kefalonia has to offer. We took trips to Asos, Fiskardo and Argostoli, but what we enjoyed the most at the end of each day, was being able to return and relax in such a lovely setting. This was so much more than just a holiday rental; it felt like staying with friends. Thank you Panagis & Roxanne, for your incredible generosity, kindness, and genuine care. You made our holiday unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely clean new property with great facilities

The property is very nice and in a great location. Owner lives next door and is discreet and very nice. Fridge provided with basic food, beer, wine on arrival and bowls of fresh fruit. This meant we didn’t need to rush to supermarket. One of the best value for money properties we have stayed in ages. The airport is close but we enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. Great property for a family

Best Greek villa

From the communication through out to the villa itself nothing could be faulted. The villa is even better than the pictures the most equipped villa we have stayed in for Greece. The owner is lovely and had fully stocked the fridge and cooked lunch for us. The location was perfect close to Agostoli and many beautiful beaches. Some fabulous restaurants within 15 minutes to. We have already booked to go back we enjoyed both the villa and Kefalonia and the warm welcome from Panagis the owner and his lovely dogs.

There are places you stay, and then there are places that truly stay with you and this is one of them. This is one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Peter welcomed us like family and instantly made us feel at home. We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but we’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this. Walking into a refrigerator fully stocked with groceries, beer, wine, and even his own delicious homemade wine which he generously refilled whenever we ran out! To top it all off, a delicious homemade meal was waiting for us when we arrived. It made our arrival completely stress-free. It’s that kind of generosity and hospitality that makes this place so extraordinary.Every single detail of this property has been carefully thought out. You can truly feel the love and care Peter has put into creating such a special place. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect. Minutes away from Lassi and Argostoli. Being close to the airport was great, we loved watching the planes come and go while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’re in for something truly special. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making us feel so genuinely cared for. Your incredible hospitality and genuine kindness made this an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay they’ll never forget.

A wonderful stay in Villa Roxani

Our stay in villa Roxani could not have been more perfect. Paganis is the most generous host. The villa has a wonderful view, not least the airport runway, which is actually an asset as it's fun watching the planes take off and land! They're not intrusive at all with only about 6 flights a day and they don't fly past 11 o'clock. Some highlights were Spasmata beach, Fiskardo and a little restaurant called En Kefallinia, but the biggest highlight was Paganis' hospitality we can't wait to go back!

A beautiful house in a too noisy environment

We found a great and excellently equipped house and we were very friendly welcome. We also appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness and hospitality. However, the relax from the beautiful pool and the sea view was spoiled by the noise from the very close airport. For this reason, next time we would choose accommodation in a quieter place. Amazing Villa

We just left after one of the best weeks of our lives. Panagis was the nicest kindest man and we want to thank him for making the week so perfect and also for his delicious wine. The Villa is perfect and they have thought of everything including lots of cold drinks and food for us on arrival. We really enjoyed the company of his lovely dogs as well. It’s a beautiful Villa. Our favourite beach was Avithos and enjoyed good food at Bit and Bite and Kefalos Taverna. Already planning how we can come to Villa Roxani….. we really didn’t want to leave!
