Guest Requirements

The lead guest must be 21+ and is responsible for the conduct of all group members



Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome, but overnight stays require prior registration



Guest registration is mandatory for all guests, regardless of age, in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021



Digital ID check-in is mandatory for all guests and must be submitted within 24 hours of booking via our secure digital check-in system or your booking is at risk of cancellation



Check-In Check-Out

Standard check-in: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM



Check-out: by 11:00 AM



Late check-in (8:00 PM to midnight) is only possible by booking our airport transfer service



Book a pre-arranged airport transfer (includes key handover; fee applies)



If you plan to arrive after 8 PM, please contact us before booking to ensure we can accommodate your check-in time.



Pets

Pets welcome with prior approval only



A €50 pet fee applies per stay
