New 3 bed apartment, large terrace, superb views, pool, sauna and gym.

Our 3 bed apartment was completed in 2021. It is a beautiful space with everything you need and spectacular views from our terrace. The apartment can sleep 8 persons in 3 bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms and a toilet. It is a wonderful apartment to enjoy after a day on the mountains.

The entrance hall has a large fitted cupboard, coat rack and shoe rack. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan with large corner sofa, TV and dining area.

Bedroom 1 has a super king bed and en suite shower room with toilet. Bedroom 2 can be made as 2 singles or a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and a sofa bed (small double).

The main bathroom has a large bath and overhead shower, toilet and washing machine.

We have a large terrace with outdoor furniture (table, chairs & deck chairs) to enjoy those wonderful views. The apartment has Wifi and underfloor heating.

Ski locker for your use and car parking is secure underground.

There are 13 apartments within the chalet and you are free to use the facilities of the Residence Les Alpages de Champagny including pool, gym, sauna, hammam, sun deck and relaxation area with pool table. The leisure facilities should be open from 18th June to the 17th September

It is just 10 minutes walk to restaurants and village shops. A private shuttle bus connects you to Champagny gondola lift.

Champagny is a fantastic south facing location with panoramic views, direct access to the Paradiski area by Gondola and 15 minutes by road to Courcheval for full access to the 3Valleys ski area. Ski buses and the private Navette are roughly every 15 minutes in peak times. The Gondola is a 15 minute walk but uphill so not ideal in ski boots and with skis. There are ski lockers for hire by the ski lifts and boots and skis can be left at the ski hire shops, so they do not have to be brought back down each night after skiing if you prefer, however there is a ski locker for your use in the building.

Champagny is also a perfect summer holiday spot. Just a five-minute drive away is the tiny village of Champagny le Haut, the gateway to the wonderful Vanoise national park. With its numerous discovery, protected wildlife, flora and cultural heritage, as well as being a fantastic location for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Well worth a visit, access is free and it is open year round. There is also the gondola lift in Champagny which will take you up to 2000m where you can discover the fantastic panorama of the Vanoise glaciers. Cycle back down on dedicated mountain bike tracks or paraglide down on a tandem flight. Champagny also has the outdoor swimming pool, tree top adventures and so much more.
