Porthilly Greys is a farmhouse resting in Rock, Cornwall and can sleep eight to ten people in five bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, an electric oven and hob, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, two dishwashers and a wine chiller, a sitting room with a TV and an open fire. In the main house, the bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms and two twins (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), and the annex hosts a king-size bedroom with a balcony and an en-suite shower room. The main house also hosts a bathroom and a ground-floor wet room. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, lawn, an outdoor shower, wetsuit hanger and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars with an electric charging point. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.1 mile, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for the open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. For a stylish retreat in Cornwall, choose Porthilly Greys.
