The residence extends over a large area of 3 hectares, with the possibility of pleasant walks among olive trees, holm oaks and oleanders. Made up of apartments of various sizes, harmoniously inserted within the Mediterranean scrub, it enjoys the suggestive view of the Volterraio Castle. In the center of the park, we find a swimming pool for adults, one for children, Spa, sauna, showers, changing rooms, tennis courts, bar, in addition to the restaurant "Il Giardino degli Aranci", surrounded by lemons, pomegranates and oranges.
The residence is 12 km far from the port of Portoferraio and Rio Marina. The beach of Bagnaia can be easily reached on foot: from here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Elban capital and its dock. The seabed is mainly made up of sand and gravel, the water is clear and crystalline, very suitable for those who want to do water sports, including snorkeling and canoeing.
It is also equipped with some piers that allow both mooring and access to boats.
THE SPACE
I Limoni (4) Four-room apartment on the 3rd level with independent entrance on the front porch. It has a living room with kitchenette with electric hobs and a double sofa bed. Two double bedrooms. Single room. Two bathrooms with no window (one with shower and the other with bathtub). Garden equipped with dining table, and outdoor furniture. There is an automatic watering system set at 03:00.
