Ascend to new heights in this charming one-bedroom Victorian retreat perched atop a historic period conversion (third floor). Discover spacious living areas with a delightful mix of original wooden floors and newly renovated elegance.

This flat is conveniently located just a short walk away from Kensington High Street's shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as the lush greenery of Kensington Gardens, Holland Park, and Hyde Park.

The apartment itself is tastefully furnished with one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge area. The bedroom, bathroom and lounge all have wooden floors.

The lounge includes a dining table for a group of 4, a large sofa bed with comfortable cushions and a throw blanket, and a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. We also have board games including Monopoly, UNO, chess, checkers (draughts) and Scrabble. For better ventilation, we provide an air purifier, air cooler and a Dyson tower fan for added comfort, as well as free high-speed WiFi. Beddings for extra guests are provided at no additional cost.

The bedroom boasts a cosy double bed with fresh bedding, as well as an iron and ironing board for convenience. The bathroom is stylish and modern, with underfloor heating, herringbone flooring, and adequate ventilation. It features a bath with a rainfall shower as well as plenty of storage and an LED mirror.

The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances, which include the microwave, fridge, oven and full gas hob. A coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and tableware are also available for your convenience. It also comes equipped with a washing machine (with dryer), as well as laundry and cleaning supplies.

The flat is also only a 3-minute walk from the iconic Olympia London Exhibition Centre, a premier venue for world-class events, exhibitions, and conferences. Whether you're attending a trade show or exploring the vibrant schedule, you'll be in an ideal location for convenience and comfort.

Please Note: Parking is in a Controlled Parking Zone (Zone B) with restrictions Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. On-street parking is mostly for permit holders or limited to 90 minutes at pay-and-display bays. For longer stays, we recommend nearby off-street options such as the Olympia London Car Park (3 minutes walk), West 12 Shopping Centre Car Park (10–15 minutes walk), or booking a space via JustPark or YourParkingSpace.

Great Stay

This is a great flat and Tobi was very easy to work with. There is a train station within a 5 minute walk that makes it easy to get about anywhere within the city. The flat itself actually seemed bigger than the pictures, and it was very comfortable.

Great flat - very convenient to Olympia!

Nice and clean and tidy. Flat was as advertised and the walk to the hall at Olympia was 3 minutes. Neighbourhood is quiet and easy access to the train and Kensington High Street! Owner was very responsive. Take note this is a 3rd floor walk up!

Well-equipped, updated flat in a quiet location

The flat was exactly as described. Well-equipped with updated fixtures and modern appliances. Great communication with the host. The tube station is right behind the apartment, but it only provides service on weekends. The main tube station is a 15 minute walk. Just be aware that it's 3 flights up, so keep that in mind if you are travelling with heavy luggage.

Stylisches Appartement

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem sehr sauberen und wunderschön eingerichteten Appartement. Alles ist farblich harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung ist bis ins kleinste Detail sehr hochwertig und äußerst gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, von feinem englischem Tee über Kaffee und bis hin zu schönen Pflegeprodukten. Alle technischen Geräte sind von namhaften Herstellern. Unsere Jungs haben sich über den großen Flachbildschirm mit Netflix etc. gefreut. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche Champagner und feiner Schokolade begrüßt. Sowohl die Undergroundbahn als auch die typischen Doppeldeckerbusse fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe ab, so dass man alle Ziele schnell erreichen kann. Der Kontakt mit Tobi war sehr herzlich und Fragen werden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Für unsere großen Söhne war das Schlafsofa etwas zu klein. Aber auch dafür gab es mit einer aufblasbaren Matratze eine Lösung. Wir können das Appartement mit voller Begeisterung empfehlen! Danke Tobi!

Kensington / Olympia stay

Nice small apartment with clean linen and fixtures. Tobi was very helpful and was available on call throughout the stay. The train line runs right behind and so very accessible to the station and hardly any disturbance at all. The only issue we faced was that this is on the 3rd floor and with no lift and a narrow stairwell. It would be nice to mention this in the advert so that visitors with a lot of very heavy luggage or the elderly could get an early warning. However, it is to be noted that Tobi offered to get someone to help with the luggage and she did bring someone along at the point of checkin, but the lugging to the third floor was exhausting.

We were sorry to be unable to honour both of your requests to extend your stay at the flat, due to it being fully booked ‘til January 2022, as discussed. However, we would be delighted to host you again in the near future. Whilst we are big admirers of the beautiful and generous Victorian-era staircase, we recognise some guests may need a bit of help with their luggage up to the third floor. It is our practice to provide a complementary bag carrying service at no extra cost to our guests, which we happily provided when you moved in. We also offered to help you with your luggage when leaving but you declined the offer. However, we extended you a complimentary late check out - with no fee being charged for this. Thanks & all the very best.
