On the upper floor there is the sleeping area with a complete bathroom with shower. In a room there is a balcony where you can admire Mount Erice in the other instead there is a small veranda where you can admire the green gardens, the sea and the village of Bonagia with the former Tonnara.
The structure Villa Giusy is located in the middle of the green in the small village of Sant'Andrea (Valderice) and in the context of a private property shared with other nearby villas.

The characteristic of the house on three levels has allowed me to divide it into 2 structures, one larger (Villa Giusy Superior) and the other a studio (Open Space) but with all the comforts.
Villa Giusy Superior has a parking space inside while the Open Space has a place on site in front of the villa. The 2 structures are independent of each other sharing only the entrance from the gate of Villa Giusy.
