Villa Laurita is situated in a prime area of Caleta de Fuste, within easy reach of its blonde-hued beaches, marina and prestigious championship golf complex. This spacious three-bedroom property has been furnished to a high standard and comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a villa holiday in Fuerteventura.
One of the villa highlights is the generous outdoor area, which comprises of a childrenâs playground, an alfresco lounge featuring a Buddha and a covered dining terrace overlooking the inviting private swimming pool.
During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of Caleta de Fusteâs main beaches blessed with pale golden sands. They are some of Fuerteventuraâs most popular beaches with families as they gently slope into shallow waters and are some of the safest on the island. In this resort youâll also find a good choice of restaurants and waterfront bars, plus the 18-hole Fuerteventura Golf Club suiting both newbies and pros alike. Some of the best watersports around can be booked at El Castillo harbour built around an 18th Century fortified tower, including scuba diving, sailing and even submarine trips.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The terrace is open and flat. The pool is surrounded by artificial grass. The covered terrace is tiled whilst there is also a path around the villa that's 60cm wide. There is a small lip down from the alfresco dining area to the poolside. This is a ground floor property. The doors into the kitchen and bedrooms are 70cm wide.
