Très bien

L’appartement était spacieux, et très très bien situé. Les trois étages n’étaient pas très faciles à monter ( mieux vaut ne pas avoir de problèmes de genoux ou autres). La communication avec le propriétaire n’était pas facile car il n’était pas très réactif. Il fallait être patient pour avoir une réponse (ce qui nous a obligé à laisser la poubelle et un bagage cassé dans l’appartement, faute d’indication) En revanche le propriétaire était très arrangeant pour l’arriveee et le départ. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Appartement calme dans quartier central

Nous avons très apprécié ce havre de paix placé dans un quartier pourtant central, à deux pas du Rialto et de la place St Marc. Appartement très propre et spacieux pour 2 adultes.

Idéalement situé pour visiter Venise

Cet appartement est vaste avec deux salles de bain ce qui est très appréciable quant on est 4 personnes à l’occuper. Très propre. Toutefois il serait bien d’y trouver un micro onde ! Appartement idéalement placé entre place St Marc et Le Rialto. Quartier vivant et agréable.

Très grand deux pièces à 2 pas du Rialto

Dans une ruelle se terminant par un canal, l'immeuble est très calme. Au 3eme étage, la vue donne d'un côté sur les toits et le ciel , de l autre sur une petite rue dont les commerces ferment le soir. La nuit la zone est calme alors que le Rialto est à 5 mn ! Il y a juste les conversations des gens qui passent de temps en temps, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. il y a une boulangerie juste à côté. L'appartement est vraiment spacieux pour 2 personnes ( 2 salles de bains !), le lit est tres confortable. Le mobilier est beau. le sèche linge est un plus appréciable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement qui a du cachet.

This is the most primitive apartments my colleague and I ever stayed at and we are global travelers. There was no hot water for 2 days. No adequate bedding. Had to call host. Bugs walking on floor. No place to sit and relax. Kitchen totally inadequate. Stove didn't work was suppose to light it with matches. No utensils, cleaning buckets in the kitchen. No shower curtain in the master bath there water got all over the floor...disaster. No coffee maker and the place stank of excessively cleaners. Not bright or sunny...dark . The host did respond to me after I called him. I would NOT RECOMMEND STAYING here . I am so happy to have left. Very Very 😞 DISAPPOINTING PLACE.

Large apartment, centrally located

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It is very centrally and conveniently located - just a short, basically straight walk to St. Mark's Square and even closer to the Rialto Bridge. Despite it being in a place like Venice with its maze of streets, the apartment was easy to find - a straight walk of a few blocks from the Rialto bridge vaporetto and airport boat stop, and one turn. Check in was easy with the instructions given to me. The apartment is spacious, with two bathrooms - the one by the bedroom even having two sinks and a nice bathtub. The other bathroom, by the living room, has a shower. The kitchen is also large and well equipped, and eating in was a great money saver over having to eat out every night. There is also a good (though not very large) Despar supermarket just a few blocks away, near the boat stop, where I went to buy groceries to eat in. The apartment also has a washer and dryer for doing laundry. I stayed her for two weeks during Carnevale and I would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

"take money and run" Apartment

Aufgrund vielen guten Bewertung haben wir uns für die Wohnung entschieden. Im Nachhinein fragen wir uns, wie die Bewertungen überhaupt zustande kamen :-( --- Die Wohnung ist eine regelrechte Bruchbude. Die ursprünglich sehr schön gestaltete Wohnung aus der 60-er (oder eventuell 70-er) hat eine Renovierung NIE erlebt, auch Möbel ist sehr abgenutzt und schäbig, das Sofa eigentlich gar nicht zu nutzen und die Streben vom Bett sind geplatzt worden. Ein paar Gegenstände hat man hingestellt, um die Ausstattungsstandards von VRBO/FeWo zu erfüllen, sonst nix! --- Die Stechmücken sind eine Plage in Venedig. Wenn die Wohnung keinen entsprechenden Schutz hat, ist Schlafen in so einer Wohnung eine Hölle, entsprechend war das Lüften der Wohnung immer mit Risiko, neue Mücken reinzupassen verbunden. Wir haben mindestens 50 blutige Flecken auf den Wänden gezählt (s. Bilder unter dem Link unten). Wenn man versucht sie zu jagen, stößt man auf eine Welle von Staub unter den Balken :-( --- Die Verkabelung in der Wohnung ist problematisch, ein Steckdosen Adapter in der Küche, so muss man immer neu verkabeln, wenn man den Wasserkocher oder Mikrowelle nutzen kann. Ansonsten liegen Kabeln von den Lampen ungeschützt rum, also mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. --- Die Besteckschublade war voll, viele gute aber auch schlechtqualitative Besteckteile dabei, aber kein Messer, das ordentlich etwas schneiden kann. -- https://photos.app.goo.gl/TgK2e1Mp7UEAWnVB7

Noisy Venice

Just finding this location was very difficult. We needed much more information about how to get there. People nearby the apartment told us the street did not exist! It is an extremely noisy bedroom because it is on the main thoroughfare for the area and it remains noisy all night.It was an acceptable location but we would not want to go back there again.

outsee tree a ding property with two beds and two baths. Location is minutes from Basilica of st mark. Great central location in Venice. Two. Minutes walk from San Marco water shuttle pick up. has clothes washer, all kitchen stuffs. Small fridge, bathrooms. iron, blow dryer, clothes drying rack, coffee pot, weather boiler for tea, gas range and lots and pans. Sheets and towels included. Things to be aware of. Water pressure in master bath shower is low, bidet pressure is real low in both water closets but useable. AC works on both units it’s but need to make sure it’s set properly. Mosquitos are out, so be aware and have some bug repellant. Overall a great place and bargain. Bring soap and shampoo or just buy some from the grocery stores right next to the San Marco water shuttle peer two minutes away. Cute and totally worth the money. Very good communication from the point of contacts!

May be the perfect location in Venice

In Venice, it's all about location. We didn't want the generic hotel experience and after not going to Venice in over 20 years we wanted a more authentic Italian experience. Having TWO bathrooms was a big plus as well as the locked ground level door, only enterable by code. Two important things of note ... -HIRE- someone to haul your bags to the apartment, and bring your bags up, as it can be truly difficult should you have heavy suitcases (like we did, over 140lbs total, as we're travelling for several weeks) and getting them up almost five stories of narrow stairs. This point can't be overemphasized. Secondly, be aware (as we sadly had forgotten) that the mosquitoes exist in substantial numbers in Venice and bring bug spray. DON'T ever open the windows for ventilation or you'll have a very real issue at night with them. When the ground level door locked us out due to a circuit breaker issue, the response was fantastic. We were in our place in less than three minutes! Very close by are two small grocery stores that are remarkably well stocked. The internet worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed, although we weren't there to cook. But it's nice to be able to make coffee/tea, sit at a proper table and have fantastic Italian pastries. The walkways outside the building can be a bit loud at night, but the noise dies down around one or two AM ... we didn't find it a big problem as it reminded us of staying downtown in any major US city. Would we stay here again? Yes!

Perfect location

The location of this property is great. Easy walk to all attractions. Unit is old and could use a few updates. It was easy to communicate with the owner. The unit is on the third floor which is something to consider if you are older like us. After walking all day and getting groceries, it can be tiring to walk to the third floor. With a few updates the unit would be better and it does have a lot of space.

We loved our stay in this comfortable spacious apartment in Venice. It was a short walk to San Marco and Rialto. It was a bit difficult to find when we first arrived but we soon found the best ways to navigate the area. We would definitely recommend and stay again when in Venice

Schöne Tage in sehr lebhafter Umgebung

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, aber es war lauter, als wir erwartet hatten. Besonders lästig waren die vielen Stechmücken. Schade war, dass keines der Fenster über ein Fliegengitter verfügt. Auch schade war, dass es nur einen einzigen Adapter gab, obwohl sowohl Wasserkocher als auch Stehlampe den benötigt haben. So waren wir morgens und abends am umstöpseln. Das aber nur als kleinen Tipp an die Vermieter. Sonst war alles gut!

Gemütliche, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Stil

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sowie deren zentraler Lage sehr angetan. Nachts ist es bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht gerade leise, dafür ist man aber auch mitten in der Stadt! Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich. Das Ein-und Auschecken hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Einzig die Schlafcouch war zum Schlafen nicht ganz so gemütlich. Aber für ein paar Tage ist das gut auszuhalten! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

An unexpected delight

This place was way bigger than I thought it would be, especially after walking down the narrow pathways of Venice. But there is a ton of space, 2 bathrooms, ac, and it’s literally right in the middle of everything. This was a fantastic place to stay and the host left as some goodies which was very nice. The location is perfect, although prior to arriving I was concerned because it wasn’t showing up on google maps so I asked the host and was given some pictures and directions that made getting there very easy once I was actually in Venice. A great stay!

Nice apartment in central area between Rialto and San Marco

We stayed in this apartment for a week in June. It is located in a small side corridor on the third floor, about 200m from the vaporetto station Rialto. The communication with the host was without problems. The apartment has a kitchen with sufficient equipment, a large living room with sofa bed and a bedroom. In addition, there is are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Very positive in the heat during our stay: Living room and bedroom have air conditioners. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back soon.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Fewo bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Das Objekt war sauber und die Bäder gut in Schuss. Die Vermieter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Möbelstücke, wie zum Beispiel das Klappbett oder eine Schranktür müssten ausgetauscht werden, aber für die 1-2 Wochen Aufenthalt ist es nicht so schlimm. Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Venedig. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar Mückenstecker, deren Funktion wir leider etwas spät entdeckt haben, die aber sehr gut gegen die Plagegeister halfen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Markusplatz ist ein Vorteil beim Erkunden der Stadt, dafür ist es nachts manchmal nicht ganz so ruhig. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert.

L´appartement correspond tout à fait à la description qui en est faite. Situé à 3 minutes du Rialto, à 5 minutes de la place Saint-Marc et à proximité immédiate des commerces de tous genres, il est cependant très calme. Il est très bien équipé et nous n´avons manqué de rien. Bref, nous avons passé onze jours formidables à Venise et nous ne pouvons que recommander l´appartement à tous ceux qui désireraient (re-)découvrir la Sérénissime. Isabelle & Luc
