Located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator, this accommodation is located in the Santa Rita district, a short distance from the Pala Alpitour and the Olympic Stadium.
The apartment, cozy and well laid out, opens onto a spacious entrance hall leading to a very bright living room, complete with balcony, dining table, French sofa bed, and kitchenette. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with wardrobes, both with single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed; one of the two also offers a practical desk for comfortable working.
The property is completed by a period bathroom with a window and shower.
This solution is also ideal for families or small groups arriving by car, thanks to the availability of free parking nearby.
