Ce chalet confortable de Sea Island est situé sur la 27ème rue est, à quelques pas de la belle plage privée de Sea Island. Avec ses chambres spacieuses, ses coins de lecture agréables et son coin salon confortable, cette maison a l'ambiance parfaite pour vos vacances. Que ce soit pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine, siroter du vin sur la véranda ou préparer un repas dans la cuisine, ce charmant cottage est parfait pour vous!

Le chalet 194 peut accueillir confortablement 16 personnes. 6 chambres, toutes avec salle de bain privée, dont 3 suites parentales avec lits king.

Cottage 194 Review

Overall the house worked well for us. The space was just right for us. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough for our group. The main issues were the pool and hot tub were not clean, light bulbs out in several lamps with none available to replace them, and one of the A/C units was not cooling for several days. The A/C company came while we were there which was an inconvenience to deal with for most of a day. Other than these items, the house worked well for us.

Fabulous Girls Golf Getaway!

We are a group of gals that take an annual golf trip. Sea Island was a bucket list. The house was absolutely perfect, better than the pictures! The sun room was a wonderful spot to hang out and come together. We also appreciated the well appointed rooms/bathrooms. Just so nice to have our own space to retreat to. Finally, what a fabulous kitchen. We just can't say enough about the gracious home! Would come back to this home in a heartbeat!Than you again for making our stay so incredible!

Perfect location!

We had a lovely stay at this charming property. There were four families staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is just steps from the beach and all kinds of beach and pool toys for the kids to use. Thanks so much for sharing your little slice of heaven.

Wonderful house! Our extended family loved being on Sea Island! The pool was delightful ! Beach area

Sea Island is so charming with lovely homes and beach area! We spent a lot of family time at the pool. Some rented bikes, some golfed and some rode horse back along the ocean.St. Simon is so close with many restaurants and shops. A real treat was a visit to the Cloister resort. Lots of things to do! This was one of the best trips we had!

Great location and size

Peaceful location, we had the beach to ourselves for hundreds of yards on each side. Plenty of space in the house for our party of 9. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was recently renovated with quality materials, which isn’t shown in the pictures. Pool and hot tub were great. Would stay at this house again.

2nd stay in 3 years. Great location. Very comfortable for 10 people. Between the pool and the beach, which is less than 5 minute walk, the kids loved it. We plan to return in 1-2 years. My only suggestion is that the exterior of the house and the grounds receive some TLC before then.

Sea Island Vacation Cottage 194

Enjoyed our visit. Home was ideal for families with small children. No stairs to worry about. Very spacious, with large bedrooms and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Owners provided many extras that other homes don't, such as laundry products, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Home was clean and well-kept, but does need a bit of upkeep, especially, outdoors. Pool was nice and plenty big enough for several adults and children.

Amazing Getaway!

The property is laid out extremely well for family to allow togetherness and alone time. The kitchen remodel is wonderful. With 13 people, we ate most meals here. There’s room for puzzles, games etc. Pool is wonderful and feels so refreshing! You are right at the beach with only one home between front door and ocean! This was our 3rd year here and have plans to return. Love this house and location!

A perfect vacation

I can't rave enough about this property. It was truly perfect for the group we were traveling with...several couples and two infants. There were plenty of pool/beach towels, a healthy starter supply of paper products and nice bath products, and so much space to spread out. The house layout is so smart with each bedroom having its own bathroom and giving each guest privacy. The updated kitchen was a dream for entertaining and was stocked with all the essentials for making large meals. Having two dish washers and a separate ice maker were nice touches that really came in handy. The house manager was very responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The only thing that could've made our trip any better is if the pool/hot tub heater had been working, but it wasn't a big deal as the beach was only steps away. Our party has already started making plans for a return next year!

Pleasant Stay

This home was a good fit for our family and in a perfect location. The only negatives were that I would have expected shampoo, soap, lotion to be included in the home for the price that was paid. Overall the experience was great and the owners worked hard to complete the kitchen remodel for our stay.

Perfect!

My entire family loved staying in this lovely home. Incredible location - 30 seconds from the front door you are on the beach! The main house is older and spacious with a very large renovated guest cottage that connects by a screened in porch. A perfect place to gather - plenty of places to be together and also spend time alone reading a book!

Thanksgiving family “Covid “ bubble

Our family “Covid” bubble enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation . We enjoyed the pool , beach , waking , bicycling . Everyone on the island was respectful , wore masks , and socially distanced . This is a family home full of wonderful pictures reflecting many memories created ... beautiful .

Sea Island Heaven

This house was perfect for us! There was plenty of room to spread out for us, our 4 grown children and 2 grandkids. House is so close to beach and Beach was perfect. Kitchen was really well equipped and we loved the 2 dishwashers. Perfect house to do puzzles, play games, sing and read. Pool was so nice. Alisha was A pleasure to deal with. Hope to return next year

Good home for a family reunion

This was a lovely house. It was accurately described and the floor plan was good for a large group. Alisha was amazing and very quick to respond to questions and the small concerns regarding the house. It does not have a gas grill so she ran out and got us charcoal! It was a short walk to the beach which was very private. We had a wonderful time and would go back without question

They make it easy

We enjoyed staying at this property. The booking was easy, the people are nice and they made it easy to have a wonderful vacation. We stayed here with 3 families. There is plenty of space in the house and everyone had their own area. The kitchen is well stocked and the house just works well as far as flow, ease of getting to the beach and the pool was great. We loved it!
