Summary:
As the name suggests, it is your sunny 2 bedroom holiday haven. It overlooks the picturesque Monte Estoril and the extensive blue Atlantic ocean. Air conditioning in every room!!!
This air conditioned apartment is decorated with soft tones of white, beige and grey, from each division you will find extended windows which allow the warm rays of light to illuminate this cheerful place.

The Space:
Sunny Monte Estoril is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on one of the lovely Monte Estoril hills.
The apartment is faced east, so be prepared for great sunrises while you drink a cup of coffee, while overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean and Estoril.

As you walk into the apartment, you will find a leading hallway and straight across you will find the air conditioned master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, with a large window which overlooks the sea and allows a lot of natural light. The bedroom is a mix of neutral and peaceful colors with white and beige and there is a built in closet. As you keep heading into the apartment, you will find the second bedroom in tones of white and silver where, just as the master bedroom you have an air conditioner and a large window which overlooks the sea, so enjoy a lay in and feel energized with the sunlight which comes into this room. Opposite to the second bedroom, you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub/ shower - so enjoy a relaxed bath after a day of sightseeing or a quick shower to head off bright and early into your day.

At the end of the hallway, be welcomed into a bright, air conditioned and spacious open planned kitchen with a combined lounge/ dining area. The area seats 4 people comfortably, and each space syncs well together. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for quick meals or elaborate dishes, serve them directly onto the round dining table for 4 or prepare a quick snack or drink and have a seat on the comfortable grey sofa from which you can watch a movie or overlook the beautiful blue ocean and the charming towns of Monte Estoril and Estoril.

This apartment is ideal for couples, small families or group of friends. Give Sunny Monte Estoril a chance and restore your energy while you stay at your home away from home!

Free parking in front of the apartment - a rarity in this area!
Situated on Av. Faial, the property enjoys a convenient location in Estoril. The Estoril Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away, offering easy access to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Several bus stops are also nearby, making it simple to explore the local area and beyond. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is within a 10-minute drive, providing quick routes to Lisbon and Cascais. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby bike paths that lead to scenic spots and key attractions.Situated on Av. Faial, the property enjoys a convenient location in Estoril. Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee:

Looks are deceiving

This property is in a great location and has sufficient room for 4 people to stay without being on top of each other. Unfortunately all of the furniture is very old and uncomfortable to sit in or sleep on. Gas top stove required matches to lite burners, refrigerator needed to be de-iced, kitchen utensils were old and knives dull. We left the property 1-day early because the living conditions were that unsatisfactory. The property agent refunded our last night and promised to contact the owner. We can't respond to the outcome of that effort, so VRBO has to address the effectiveness of that action.

Excellent location for Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril

The property was easily accessible with free parking out front. Perfect walkable location to Cascais and Estoril, many restaurants, markets and more within a 10 minute walk. Beach as well. The space itself is roomy with a well appointed kitchen.
