Villa Throni is a unique stone house in elegant taupe and grey shades, with polished cement floors and bathrooms, wooden ceilings and an exceptional collection of paintings and sculptures. Private pool next to an ancient olive tree and an eye-catching view across the channel to Ithaca, Fiscardo bay and the surrounding islands. The nearby beach Foki (1,6 km), Emplisi, Alaties, St.Jerusalem, Dafnoudi are beautiful and Fiscardo with the picturesque port and the nice waterside local tavernas and bars.

Villa Throni rests in between the hills of Tselentata village, home to unique natural beauty and authentic Kefalonian architecture.

Throni gets its name from the throne of the Queen Fiskarda in Larni. The ever present throne is a monument carved out of rock and a shrine of the ancient times.
Throni is a unique property, built of stone just like the strict dwellings of Erissos, with angled roofs and narrow windows.

Warm shades of grey and taupe reminiscent of the ancient olive trees, and blue green tones like the hidden underground lakes, create the absolute island home.
The freshness of the cool concrete floors and pebbled garden, an open plan living and dining area with substantial wooden rafters, elegant furniture and atmospheric lighting, all contribute to a tranquil and dreamy environment for visitors.
An exquisite kitchen space adds to the individuality of this property and invites the aspiring chef to use its facilities.

An impressive collection of artwork and sculptures reinforce the uniqueness of Throni, transforming it into a living exhibition.

The twin bedroom has touches of turquoise and cobalt blue, its own en-suite shower room and panoramic views of the pool.

A polished concrete staircase leads up to the master bedroom with a charming double bed and a bathroom with the most stunning view of the sea. Both have access to a private balcony that nestles among the branches of the olive tree.

Alleyways through picturesque ruins of the old Tselentata, cypress trees and gorse will lead you to idyllic beaches.

Just a 25 minute walk or a short drive away is Fiscardo, built on the ancient harbour of Panormos. Fiscardo's cosmopolitan atmosphere attracts the most beautiful superyachts and sailing yachts in the Mediterranean, along with the occasional celebrity. It never ceases to amaze those who seek a lovely little shopping or dining experience.

Take a shady stroll under the pines to the Venetian lighthouse with a stunning view of the harbour.

The nearby beaches are renowned for their crystal-clear waters - Emblisi, Foki, Dafnoudi, Kimilia, Alaties - and further away, Myrtos, which, along with the underground lake of Melissani, offer the most impressive and exquisite images of Kefalonia.

Throni was designed and decorated by its owner, an interior designer who is responsible for many of the most beautiful residences on the island. Her aim was to realize her dream of creating the perfect holiday home, with the wellbeing of the visitors at the forefront of her mind.
