Located on leafy Nordau Boulevard, the apartment is just a short walk from Metzitzim Beach, Dizengoff Street, the Yarkon River, Basel Square cafés and the restaurants and shops of the Tel Aviv Port.
The apartment sleeps two guests and the large terrace provides seating and dining for up to eight people, making it an ideal place to relax or host friends and family.
THE APARTMENT
The penthouse has been thoughtfully designed and recently redecorated (2023). Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, the apartment overlooks the trees of Nordau Boulevard.
The open-plan living room and kitchen flow directly onto the expansive private rooftop terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.
The terrace includes an outdoor dining table for up to eight guests, a built-in gas BBQ, outdoor kitchen area, comfortable deck seating and an adjustable canopy providing shade. There is also a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
You can enjoy coffee in the morning sun, relax on the deck during the day or host dinner and drinks with friends after a day at the beach.
For guests who enjoy staying active, resistance bands are provided and the terrace offers a great space for morning stretching or workouts.
KITCHEN & DINING
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. Appliances include a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle and toaster, along with plenty of cookware, crockery and cutlery.
Filtered drinking water is available directly from the kitchen tap, so there is no need to buy disposable plastic bottles. Solar energy provides the apartmentâs hot water.
BEDROOM
Double doors lead from the living room into the bedroom, which also has direct access to the terrace.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) with a medium-firm mattress and generous built-in wardrobes so guests can fully unpack and settle in during longer stays.
WORKSPACE & CONNECTIVITY
The apartment is well suited to remote work or longer stays. There is a dedicated workspace overlooking the terrace and an adjustable laptop table that can easily be moved outside if you prefer to work al fresco.
The apartment includes 300 Mbps fibre broadband and strong Wi-Fi throughout.
ENTERTAINMENT & COMFORT
The living room includes an LG 50â Smart TV, access to Netflix and cable TV. A Sonos sound system allows you to stream music both inside the apartment and to speakers on the terrace.
With triple-aspect windows and patio doors, the apartment benefits from refreshing sea breezes. Ceiling fans are installed in both the living room and bedroom, with additional fans on the terrace. The apartment also has air conditioning for summer and heating for winter.
BUILDING
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator.
A secure shelter is located in the basement of the building.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
