The living areas in this duplex apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car available. Shops, pubs and beach can be reached in a short walk. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Pearl is an idyllic setting for a coastal getaway.

Note: The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds as standard, which can be arranged as a super-king size upon request, all bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day, any requests made after this date will be subject to enquiry and will incur additional housekeeping costs.
