We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Bright and spread over two levels. From the entrance, which features a large window, you will find the kitchen with the dining area, a single sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The property is completed by a balcony overlooking the garden and an outdoor area, perfect for relaxing outside.

- check-in in our Office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
