Introducing Borne House presented by Tailored Apartments! A FRESH & PRISTINE 2 Bed Flat located in the Waltham Cross which is 15 MINS away from BRIMSDOWN BUSINESS PARK.
âNO CLEANING FEE
Ideal for BUSINESS, beds can be configured as you like and the FLAT can cater to up to 6 guests. In addition to the FREE WIFI, the FLAT also benefits from FREE Parking, a Smart TV with Netflix, Sky Sports, and Prime Video.
We pride ourselves on a smooth booking/check-in process.
All bedrooms have 2 comfortable zip-link beds, which can be zipped together to form a super king size bed if required. This means the beds are a little narrower than the average single bed.
There is also a sofa bed (changes to a double bed) in the living room, supplied with a duvet, and pillows for the 5/6th guest if required.

Please note that we require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T+C's, provision of a government issued photo ID and a card pre-authorisation of ÂŁ300 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T+C's. We will not change an amount from the ÂŁ300, unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T+C's.
