This is nice and comfortable air-conditioned apartment on the first floor in a residential building in center of Split.

It's located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Diocletian's Palace, Split seafront and forest park Marjan.

Green market and pharmacy are right next to the entrance to the building, and shopping mall "Joker" is just 10 minutes walking from the apartment.

The nearest beach called Prva Voda with lots of natural shade is in the forest park Marjan, just 15-20 minutes walking or 3 min by car.

There's plenty of free parking spots around, this apartment is basically the closest to the center where you can park for free.

Majority of Split attractions are within walking range, making this apartment a great choice for your stay when visiting Split.

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge.

Smoking is not allowed and it's not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the building.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.

***** Guest access:

Bus station is within two minutes walking.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 15 minutes walking.

It's easy to find free parking spot right near the building or within one minute walking in the nearby streets as the neighbourhood is not crowded with cars.


***** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located less than 10 min walking to the Diocletian's Palace.

It's the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world and also just 10 min walking to the Split seafront promenade.

Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having your peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, city seafront... all within 5 to 20 minutes walking.

Beach called Prva Voda in the forest park Marjan is just 20 minutes walking or 3 min by car. Other beaches Obojena Svjetlost and Kasjuni are just 4-6 min by car.

City bus station, taxi and rent-a-car agencies are within 5-10 minutes walking.

Main Split bus station, ferry port and main train station are within 15 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.
