Number Seven & Number Eight Corffe Cottages can be linked to become 'Linked Cottage' on the first floor by two sound-proofed doors making it ideal for families that want to share. Short breaks and week stays available. Out of season we can be flexible on start dates and length of stay, please enquire.

On the ground floor of Seven there is a single and a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a WC. On the ground floor of Eight, there is a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with adult-sized beds, plus a bathroom with overhead shower and WC.

The two cottages are linked on the first floor, both cottages having open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room areas. The kitchens include an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The living areas are furnished with comfortable chairs and flat screen HD TVs with Freeview and Blu-ray/DVD players.

In Eight the dining table is large enough to seat 7 so that everyone can eat together if the cottages are being used as a pair.

This cottage is one of nine cottages that were once the stables and outbuildings of the Grade II listed Corffe House, parts of which date back to the sixteenth century. Completely refurbished, our nine, well equipped self-catered cottages centred around a sunny courtyard can accommodate from 2 to 10 people. Offering all year round week stays and short breaks, Corffe provides the ideal base for family holidays and gatherings.

With five acres of private land, Corffe has something for everyone.  After a busy day taking in all that North Devon has to offer, head back to the comfort of Corffe and relax in the indoor heated pool, toddler pool and spa bath, have a game of tennis on the all-weather tennis court, barbecue in the central courtyard, let the kids have fun on the adventure play area or return to nature exploring the woodland and lawns. 

Easy to find, the Corffe estate nestles on the outskirts of the picture postcard village of Tawstock, handily located a short drive from the bustling market town of Barnstaple and within easy reach of the stunning North Devon coastline with its amazing beaches and endless attractions.
