Villa Caine - The detached villa was built new in March 2019. With its many large windows, and high 6 meter ceiling the villa is bright and cozy and has a lot of very good qualities. The villa has a living area of 101 sqm spread over 2 floors + roof terrace of approx. 50 sqm. There are 3 double bedrooms with a total bed capacity for 6 people. The Ground floor floor bathroom has a shower and toilet just off the bedroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor are both with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have external electric blackout curtains. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning and under floor heating. The open plan fully fitted kitchen has direct access to the outside terrace where a large outdoor table with seating for 8+ and a gas grill is located. The kitchen island has bar stools where you can have breakfast or smaller meals and there is also a glass dining table that seats 6 to 8 people. There are 6 meter internal electric blinds in the living room for privacy and sun protection. On the roof terrace there are very comfortable sun loungers and a shower. Also an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge / freezer and a dining table with seating for 6 people, making this a great seating area for relaxing in the evening. Outside the living room there is a private swimming pool (6meters x 3.3m) with waterfall and colour changing LED lights for night time. Right by the pool there is an outdoor shower and 2 sun beds + 4 reclining chair loungers. The home is rented fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Here you will find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, combi fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. TV with English, Spanish, German and Scandinavian channels . and Internet (fiber) is installed, Video Entry system , The Villa has wall safe
All the furniture inside and out was installed new in the spring of 2019.
There are good sun conditions both by the pool and on the roof terrace, but it is also possible to seek shade from both places if you wish.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside.
Included in the rent is electricity, internet, water, towels, linen, meet and greet. You are required to bring beach towels.

If you have a Private Car or Rental Car you Must Park on the Main street located just outside the complex . the street is located only 30 meters from the villa
On arrival you will be met by our keyholder who will go through the house's facilities with you. Similarly, the keyholder will go through the house with you on departure to check that everything is in order.

We welcome you to our newly built, beautiful villa located in a quiet and well-kept residential area in Pueblo Bravo on the Costa Blanca coast. Pueblo Bravo is located in the province of Alicante, just north of Torrevieja and within walking distance of Ciudad Quesada. The area is surrounded by lemon and orange trees.
With over 300 sunny days a year, little rainfall and a mild and pleasant climate all year round, the Costa Blanca coast is an attractive holiday destination for many sun-hungry visitors. The salt lakes in the area around Torrevieja lead to a high concentration of salt in the air and together with the sun, this leeds to the area having a particularly good health environment. The good climate makes the area an attractive place to be both in summer and in winter.
The nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia which are 35 and 55 minutes away respectively. Taxi from Alicante airport costs about 50 euros and from Murcia about 100 euros. The center of Torrevieja is 15 minutes away by car and it takes half an hour to drive to Alicante city.
From the house it is 4 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store with several more available close by in Quesada 15 minutes walking. There are several high and middle class restaurants within walking distance of the villa (5-10 min). By car it takes 7-8 minutes to reach Guardamar with its 12 km long coastline. From Guardamar the beaches run south towards Torrevieja and north towards Santa Pola and are considered to be the cleanest and finest in the Alicante area. Likewise, the beach Playa La Mata (approx. 15 min south by car) has for several years received the award European Blue Flag for cleanliness, safety and water quality. There are also two Aqua land parks in the area. The nearest is Aquapark Ciudad Quesada (3 km). The other is located in Torrevieja town. There are several golf courses in the area and the nearest is La Marcuesa golf (3 km). If you like shopping, you have several large malls not far away. By car it takes 22 minutes to La Zenia boulevard and 13 minutes to Habaneras.
We recommend a rental car, but you can also have a great holiday in the local area without having a car. You can rent bikes in the center of Quesada or even rent bikes that are delivered / picked up at the door. There are many bike paths / roads in the area and you can cycle around the blue salt lake Lagunas de La Mata and through the beautiful Laguna de La Mata nature reservoir. There are local markets several days a week. The nearest is Lemon tree market, 5 min by car or a nice bike ride away which is open every Sunday. The Friday market in Torrvieja is also popular as is the market in Rojales.
