Magnifique appartement à deux lits pour quatre personnes avec balcon et vue sur la mer et le port. Fantastiquement situé avec des restaurants, des bars, des cafés et des magasins au sein de la station balnéaire de la marina et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage ou en bus du centre-ville.

Un espace social contemporain et élégant, parfait pour s'imprégner du port et de la mer. Le canapé d'angle en cuir crème est idéal pour se détendre et regarder la télévision ou admirer la vue.

Salle à manger

La table ovale en verre avec quatre chaises offre beaucoup d'espace pour aller de la cuisine à la table.

Coin cuisine

Une cuisine moderne et intégrée vous assurera d'être entièrement indépendant. Dans les unités contrastées, vous trouverez un réfrigérateur sous le comptoir, un congélateur, un lave-vaisselle et une plaque électrique avec four et grill, ainsi qu'un micro-ondes et une machine Nespresso. La machine à laver est dans le placard utilitaire dans le couloir.

Chambre 1

Élégamment simple avec lit double et tables d'appoint grises avec lampes. Il y a une armoire en miroir intégrée pour ranger vos affaires et une salle de bains.

What a View !

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment. The views were spectacular. Being near to so many restaurants and a supermarket was a bonus..Very enjoyable and would recommend.

Whilst the apartment was in a great location the only restaurant that was open within easy walking distance was a Wetherspoon, not to our taste. The access to the busses into town was brilliant, right on the doorstep. The property its self was very bland, it needs updating. The second bedroom mattress needs replacing as the first night it was slept on our friends had a very uncomfortable night due to a massive dint in the mattress, although this was sorted very promptly when pointed out by turning it over. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom was fabulous, memory foam, very comfortable, however the pillows had definitely seen better days, very lumpy.We were disappointed not to find even a pint of milk to make a hot drink when we arrived. Other places we have stayed have provided welcome baskets with at least tea, coffee, milk and perhaps a loaf of bread. All in all not the best stay we’ve ever had but certainly not the worst.

As soon as the mattress in the second bedroom was brought to our attention, the owner’s property manager attended promptly to assess it, and we’re glad this was resolved quickly during your stay. We appreciate your comments regarding the pillows and overall presentation, and these have been shared with the owner and their property manager. In terms of welcome provisions, as a self-catering property, basic arrival essentials such as toilet roll, bin bags and cleaning supplies are provided. Food and drink items (including milk, tea and coffee) aren’t included as standard, though there is a supermarket just across the road, making it easy to pick up anything you may need on arrival. We absolutely LOVED this gorgeous apartment with amazing views. I loved having the balcony and having windows that opened all the way too. The beds were extremely comfy - awesome night's sleepThe location is superb - loved wandering around the marina and easy bus journey (or walkable in about 40ish mins) to Brighton too.Loved having the car paring space in a car park that is as secure as possible. Loved being near the RNLI - please do go in the shop, lovely friendly volunteers and a great cause.We hope to be back!

Amazing views.

What an amazing setting- the views from the windows are stunning and everything you need is close by. We had a lovely walk into Brighton (to the i360) which took about an hour. We came for a rest and if we hadn't wanted to we need not have left the apartment - it has everything you need.

Lovely view with a great space

Orion Marina Sea View was a very comfortable apartment and great views. The parking spot was very useful for us. The communication with the property manager was excellent and indeed when we left a computer charger in the apartment, they immediately posted it to us for next day delivery. We highly recommend...and would book there again.

Perfect setting.

It is a lovely setting for a short break , overlooking the harbour and the sea with many restaurants within easy reach . We also went to Seaford Beach about 20 mins away which was much quieter than Brighton sea front with free parking! Be warned the flat and the corridor especially are very warm!!! Thankfully windows allow a good breeze (but was no fun when the lift broke down !! ) A lovely place to stay.

Wonderful Birthday Break

We booked this apartment for my 50th birthday for my partner, 7 yr old son and me. The apartment was lovely and big and in a fantastic location on Brighton Marina. It's a bit of a trek into town but the number 7 or the Volks railway were really handy although we walked (a couple of miles) most of the time. The beach is a pebble throw from the apartment and it was really nice, clean and quiet. All in all the stay was really good. Lovely apartment, great location and hassle free from start to finish.

Better than I thought!

I really liked the apartment and the view it has over the harbour. We had very varied weather which was very nice to watch from the top floor apartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've even been in and I was stunned to find that it had a remote that lifted up your head or feet. Think a TV in the main bedroom would be a big plus here! The area is lovely and you're near plenty things to keep you busy. I will go here again probably soon!

Modern, ruhig und Meerblick

Wunderschönes Appartement im obersten Stock eines neuen Wohnhauskomplexes. Marina liegt etwas ausm Rande von Brighton, dadurch aber sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr gute Infrastruktur mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Tiefgaragenparkplatz mit Lift direkt zur Wohnung, Balkon mit wunderschönen Blick über Yachthafen und Meer.

Conference Base

Used the apartment as a base for attending the Labour Party conference. This was highly successful as there are good bus links to the city centre and plentiful taxis as I did not want to drive in. Also in the evening there were many good food outlets plus Asda Superstore for items to prepare in the apartment. The apartment was warm comfortable and well furnished. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were remediated promptly . The only downside was the dishwasher did not clean very well so maybe needs rinse aid as opposed to all in one tablets which are not as good as the manufacturers think. Overall a good choice and as it was my first time with Vrbo I was impressed with how I was looked after.

Quality apartment

This is an excellent apartment in the Brighton Marina which is about a mile out of the main town. Plenty of restaurants nearby, good transport links including a regular bus service into town

Great apartment. Very clean

The overall stay was amazing loved the apartment. Below is a list of just a few things that could be improved to make it perfect. 1. Fix shower heads in both bathrooms so they stay in position (currently tied with bin bags!!) 2. Blind in living room was broken 3. Very few cooking utensils 4. No batteries in bed remote or can opener!! 5. HRU needs serving 6. No champagne glasses 7. Balcony table and chairs very rusty
