The apartment consists of an air-conditioned living and dining room with a 32" TV, bluetooth music bar, sofa bed (for 2 children or 1 adult) and access to a spacious private terrace with sea views. Equipped kitchen (with small refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker). 1 Double room with double bed and ceiling fan. 1 full bathroom with shower. The house has free Wi-Fi.
Community area with swimming pool 150m from the apartment, with toilets, paddle tennis court, sports area and outdoor machines. Free street parking is available in the residential area.
Restaurants and supermarkets about 600 meters and distance to the beach of 1.9 Km.
