The 41mÂČ studio apartment can accommodate up to three people From the balcony one can enjoy the seaview.
THE SPACE
Apartment Deco offers a superb location, on a beautiful neighbourhood complex, just a few minutes away from Rethymno old and new town. The apartment is situated close to all the facilities and services you expect from your holiday home; Ideal for friends and couple, as well as a small family holiday. It has been designed by our sister company â5 Points Designâ into a minimal, exquisite and state-of-the-art residence making reference on its original Art deco style.
LAYOUT
Entering the house you will find the lobby that leads you to the open plan area of the apartment. It consists the living, dining area, the kitchen, the bedroom and two bathrooms. The open space has a direct access to the seaview balcony with outdoor table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room with a double sofa-bed is provided with 42â HDTV and an old Grundig radio.
