There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area, and a storage room. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and seating, while off-road parking is available for six cars. Ty Garth is a fantastic property for a large family looking to explore the stunning Welsh coastline.Please note: EV charging will be available from April 2024, (additional charge, payable to the owner)
