Sandaig is just a two-minute stroll to Benllech Beach with its fine golden sands and clear blue waters, perfect for family-friendly fun, paddling, and safe swimming. On the ground floor, you'll find two fabulous living, dining, and entertaining spaces. The spacious living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a log burner, making Sandaig ideal for cosy autumn-winter seaside escapes. Large patio doors lead out to a terrace and onto the lawned garden. The fully equipped kitchen diner is out of this world, featuring an island and breakfast bar, a dining table to seat eight, and another set of patio doors leading out to the terrace. From the kitchen, you also have access to a small utility area and a downstairs guest toilet.
Sandaig has four large bedrooms, ideal for multigenerational family stays or relaxed friend groups. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, making it ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs. The ground floor king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom with a Juliet balcony and incredible views of the beach and sea, a twin bedroom, and a final king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and more incredible sea views. On the first floor, there is also a family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Head outdoors to Sandaig's patio and garden. The raised patio is accessible from the kitchen and living room and features outdoor dining for eight guests, a fabulous pergola covering the table and chairs, and a BBQ. Down a few stairs to the glorious enclosed lawned garden, you will find new garden furniture, perfect for your kids and pets to safely while away the hours. There is an outdoor shower for washing away the sand after a day at the beach. A little stream runs at the bottom of the garden, which is fenced off to add to the delight while being perfectly safe for toddlers. Sandaig offers enclosed parking for up to five cars.
