Nestled in the beautiful countryside of southern Salento, this villa features a private swimming pool, parking, and a spacious private garden.

Casa Celeste is a new villa (2021), surrounded by greenery and just 3 km from the sea.

It can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers large, exclusive outdoor spaces.

The interiors are carefully designed with attention to detail and equipped with essential comforts such as heating/cooling systems, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and everything needed for a relaxing and exclusive stay.

Located in southern Salento, the land of the two seas, Casa Celeste offers stunning sunrises over the Adriatic Sea and beautiful sunsets over the Ionian Sea.

COMPOSITION OF THE HOUSE

The house is set on a plot of approximately 3,000 m² and consists of a long entrance driveway with private internal parking, large outdoor spaces, a garden with an olive grove, and the house itself.
The style of Casa Celeste is characterized by Mediterranean colors, the typical Lecce stone, barrel vaults, dry stone walls, and other recurring elements of Salento architecture.

THE HOUSE

The house spans approximately 65 m² and comprises a very comfortable two-room layout. The style and attention to detail in the furnishings create beauty and elegance, with wood and exposed stone offering a pleasing blend of rustic and modern design.
The property is equipped with an independent heating/cooling system, railings, and double-glazed windows. All essential services are provided to ensure comfort and safety during your stay.
Casa Celeste can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and dining table); a living room with air conditioning, a double sofa bed, armchairs, a built-in wall unit, blackout curtains, an internal fireplace, and a TV. From the living room, you can enjoy views of the large garden and the stunning infinity pool.
The elegant double bedroom is the most intimate and private area of the house, offering a comfortable, warm, and inviting atmosphere. The room features a wardrobe, a built-in wall unit, blackout curtains, and air conditioning.
Finally, there is a lovely bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor area invites total relaxation and reflects the charm of a rural setting. A young olive grove, organic vegetable garden, ornamental plants, and typical Salento flowers surround the house. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the pool, organizing delicious barbecues, relaxing in the shade, and reading a book in the peaceful natural surroundings.
The spacious wooden porch is beautifully furnished and offers a stunning panoramic view. It is equipped with sun protection curtains, allowing you to enjoy the space even during the sunniest hours.
The porch also features a comfortable stone barbecue corner, ideal for preparing tasty meals, as well as a relaxation area with sofas and a comfortable umbrella.
The little paradise of Casa Celeste is represented by the infinity pool. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a unique place to enjoy unforgettable moments.

The swimming pool measures 7 x 4 x 1.3 meters, with a shallow water area, a solarium with sun loungers, and a convenient outdoor shower.
All the property and services are exclusive and not shared.
The house also offers convenient enclosed internal parking, a main entrance with an automatic gate, and a centralized alarm system for added convenience and safety.

POSITION

The house is situated in a rural area, close to country roads and paths. It is located next to the Costa Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Natural Park, a protected area along the eastern coast of Salento, renowned for its fascinating and extremely interesting trails, routes, and itineraries.

Casa Celeste is less than 1 km from the town of Corsano, where you'll find all the essential services (grocery stores, tobacconists, pharmacies, banks, bars, pastry shops, gyms, gas stations, and much more).

The closest beach is in Marina di Novaglie, less than 3 km away. This beach is characterized by low rocks, crystal-clear waters, and natural caves. It’s a unique experience for lovers of snorkeling, fishing, boat tours, or anyone who enjoys diving into clear waters to explore hidden worlds, mysterious caves, and the vibrant colors that only the Salento sea can offer its visitors.

In particular, Marina di Novaglie offers many activities such as snorkeling, fishing, scuba diving, boat tours, and much more.

The surrounding area is full of paths and country roads, perfect for pleasant walks, sporting activities, or trekking. The so-called "Tratturi" are among the key features of the landscape. These ancient routes were used for communication between the coast and inland towns, such as "Le Vie Del Sale" and the "Sentiero delle Cipolliane."

Among the nearby beaches is Marina di Guardiola, just 2 km away.

Additionally, about 12 km from the house, you can visit Santa Maria di Leuca, with its beautiful 19th-century villas, the monumental waterfall, the Basilica sanctuary de Finibus Terrae with its lighthouse, the seafront, restaurants, beaches, and other points of interest.

DURING THE LOW SEASON (approximately from September to June), FARMERS' WORK IN THE SURROUNDING FIELDS COULD RESUME.

LATE CHECK-IN EXTRA FEE FROM 8pm TO 1am: €50 from 8pm to 11pm, €100 from 11pm to 1am.

CHECK-OUT BY 10:00am (unless otherwise agreed).

SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHICH WILL BE RETURNED 24 hours AFTER CHECK-OUT.

SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION IS REQUIRED.
