The holiday home opens into a living room under a beautiful star-vaulted ceiling, furnished with sofa bed for two guests and tv. A corridor divides the living room from the twin bedroom with air conditioning.
The stairs from the corridor take to the upper floor, that consists of a kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a double bedroom with air conditioning. Moreover, there is a furnished terrace with outdoor dining area.

di Cristina is in Guagnano, a small town between Lecce Lecce and
Taranto, famous for its Negroamaro wine and its grapes, produces that
are protagonists of many cultural events during Summer. In this town
there are many amenities and a museum dedicated to wine.
This is the ideal solution because it`s halfway between the beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo on the Ionian side and the beach of Casalabate on the Adriatic side, both 20 kilometers away.
The
holiday home is close to trattorias such as La Favorita and
L`Orecchietta, but also to a bakery, cafè, dairy shop, supermarket,
butcher shop, atm and tobacco shop.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
