Have you ever imagined to wake up with an astonish view over the beautiful city of Lisbon? If so, what are you waiting to book our amazing apartment? It has a very comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a really cosy living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. It has a Nespresso machine for you to have a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The deco will make you feel the true Lisbon atmosphere :)
It is perfect located and the metro station is 3 minutes away by feet.

The apartment has one bedroom with a comfy double bed, one living room with 2 sofas, one of them is a double sofa bed, a full equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Great location!

This property has a beautiful view of the castle/hillside. It’s conveniently located to sites of interest/public transportation. Be prepared to walk hills/steps. The apartment is up 4 flights of steep steps. The host is very responsive.

Tres sympa

Appartement très mignon, très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Merci pour l'accueil d'elsa qui est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport malgré l'heure tardive. Merci aussi pour ses conseils ( resto, visites) et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Brigitte et Laurent

déçu / disappointed

Négatif : - Surface indiquée par mail par le propriétaire "environ 50 m²" alors que 35 m² dont 30m² avec hauteur de plafond de 1,80m mini. Déplacement possible hors mobilier sur 13m² seulement (indiqué pour 4 personnes !!??) - cabine de douche de 65x65 cm - WC difficilement accessible - unique table de 75x75 cm - pas de placard pour le rangement du linge. Petite penderie en tissu - 4ème étage sans ascenseur - frigo mini et peu de place disponible à cause des boissons payantes mises à disposition par le propriétaire. - paiement intégral demandé lors de la réservation Positif : - bien situé - prise en charge des locataires à l'aéroport - suite à notre mail de mécontentement au propriétaire : remboursement proposé pour les jours non utilisés dans le cas d'un départ anticipé. Mais une fois sur place il est trop tard et impossible de trouver un autre logement ou hôtel pour les jours restants. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Négative : - Surface area indicated by mail by the owner "50 m²" while it is really 35 m² including only 30m² with ceiling height of 1,80m Min. Possible movement on 13m² only (indicated suitable for 4 people !!??) - Shower cabin 65x65 cm - difficult to access toilet - Single table 75x75 cm - No cabinet for clothers' storage. Only a small textile Hanging wardrobe - 4th floor without elevator - Mini fridge and little space available due to the pay beverages proposed by the owner. - Full payment required when bookin Positive : - well located - Support for guests at the airport - Following our dissatisfaction mailed to the Owner: he proposed us refund for any unused days in case of early departure. But once on the spot it's too late and impossible to find any alternative accommodation or hotel.

Dans l'e-mail, on vous a dit qu’il aurait environ 50m2. Nous nous excusons pour l'en précision et apprécions que vous ayez pris les mesures. Il nous aidera à être plus précis dans l'avenir. On a 24 photos publiqué, sans objectif grand-angle ou des effets spéciaux, montrant tous les détails. Nanomarket On a quelques boissons/collations à la maison, afin que nos invités peuvent profiter. Les articles peuvent être remplacés ou les valeurs peuvent être laissés à la fin du séjour, afin que nous puissions le faire. Un agréable d'avoir pour le confort de nos invités. Expérience Nous essayons de fournir la meilleure expérience possible à nos invités. En tant qu'amis, nous allons attendre les invités à l'aéroport, dans nos voitures personnelles comme un accueil chaleureux. Very very very nice appartment!

Appartement très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville, très coquet et décoré avec goût, sans oublier la vue imprenable sur le Castelo de San Jorge. Un grand merci à Elsa & Rui pour être venus nous chercher à l'aéroport, pour leurs conseils, et leur gentillesse, caractéristique des Lisboètes. C'est une très bonne adresse à conseiller!

Great hosts, rough property

The hosts are amazing and receptive which I believe is why there are so many amazing reviews. The apartment is up 4 steep flights of stairs, has alot of clutter in it and needs to be dusted and deep cleaned. The kitchen is well appointed although small. The biggest issue is the bathroom. A review in September (at least 2 weeks before we stayed) commented that the shower was broken and it still was when we got there. The shower head is broken off and the drain doesn't work leaving you standing in several inches of bathwater by the end. There are also no towel racks at all in the bathroom or anywhere to put your stuff. There are holes on the wall and door where there were previously some racks, though. The bed is also quite creaky. Set of sheets for the sofa bed also had a very large hole in itm Location is great to access the sites and the metro, but there was also alot of yelling and foul language going on outside until well after midnight one of the nights.

Our stay in Lisbon

The shower was broken , the toilet seat was broken . We weren’t told it was on the highest level. The photos provided over indicated it’s size . The only thing going for it was it’s position in the city.

Fantastic little apartment

Thank you Elsa & Rui for opening your apt for guests. You ensured we had everything we'd need for our stay. Thank you Carlos for picking us up at the airport, giving us a little tour of the area, especially waiting an enexpected time for us because of a late check through at the airport. The apartment was a perfect size for two and very comfortable to come home to after a day of wandering. Loved the location, close to everything. Always felt safe. Would stay here again.

Great hosts great apartment great location!

We only stayed in the apartment for 2 days but Elsa and Rui made the experience perfect. Rui picked us up from a very late evening flight and arranged for our taxi when we left. I feel this was above and beyond considering our very short stay. The apartment is very nice, centrally located and a great view of the castle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Lisbon!

Nice Apartment Great Location

This is a really nice little apartment with a great location and neighborhood. We had a great time in Lisbon because of the apartment. Although a little cramped the apartment is very clean and modern. The owners went out of their way to help us and we appreciate their efforts. We would stay here again...it is a real bargain.

Great hosts and great apartment

The apartment itself is enough of a draw - nice and comfortable, and close to everything. But the hosts really made my experience perfect. From a pickup at the airport to scheduling a cab for me to leave, as well as some tourist tips, Elsa, Rui and Sebastião provided a wonderful place to stay.

Stairway to Heaven

We enjoyed are stay, the four flights of stairs helped keep the weight down from all food we were eating. At first street seems a little scary but after walking around neighborhood we realized there was nothing to worry about. There is no ac; however, when we opened the bedroom window and living room window there was a nice breeze that cooled the apartment off in just a few minutes. Easy access to everything, best place to spend day is Gulbenkian museum, we took subway there, don't miss lunch in the cafeteria excellent.

Great location, and beutiful view!

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment. Located in the center, very close to the subway, most of the attractions available walk! Hosts are very helpful. They brought us from the airport and patiently answering all our questions :-) Pocket wifi was very helpful for us. On the same street there is also a bakery, several small shops with vegetables and a fantastic restaurant serving fish at a very affordable price - Solar 31. I'm very happy to stay in Lisbon, and I recommend this apartment!

Perfect 1 bedroom apartment

I've been meaning to write this review for weeks....not only is this apartment darling, well-kept and centrally located - Elsa & Rui are thoughtful and attentive hosts. My daughter and I visited Lisbon for about 10 days in early June and found this apartment to be the perfect size for the two of us. The view of the castle is phenomenal and the location is close to great shopping, dining and attractions. Elsa and Rui were flexible when flight delays caused us to arrive one day late....Rui was still there to pick us up at the airport. They offered a long list of recommended sites and restaurants...including the less touristy/more traditional variety. We took many of their suggestions and were happy that we did. I highly recommend this apartment and would book it again without hesitation when visiting Lisbon.

Very nice

L'appartamento è molto carino e arredato con cura da Elsa, si trova proprio nel centro di Lisbona. I proprietari di casa sono molto disponibili e cordiali, ci sono anche venuti a prendere all'aereoporto. Se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca, il sabato sera si sente un pò di frastuono provieniente dai locali del centro e l'ingresso del palazzo è un pò scomodo per chi ha bagagli o passeggini da portare in casa. Comunque consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione.

Highly Recommended

The appartment is beautiful, great attention to detail and very tastefully decorated. It is in an ideal location, close to everything with excellent views overlooking the city and the castle. The hosts, Elsa & Rui, were fantastic offering lots of information about Lisbon and always very friendly and helpful. They really went 'the extra mile' and were kind enough to collect us from the airport which was very thoughtful. They gave us excellent recommendations of places to see, things to do, places to eat etc Overall I highly recommend the appartment and at a very resonable price - you won't be disapointed!
