Excellent stay accommodation........glorious countryside
views......ideal for an "event " stay......peaceful and very
genial hosts......what more can I say !!!!
A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it.
Great barn conversion with loads of space and stunning views. Short walk to village of Dunsford which has a shop, pub and cafe. Would definitely recommend.
10 adults joined together for the weekend with 2 dogs⊠amazing accommodation with en-suite in every room. We ate in the village pub Saturday night, food good but atmosphere interestingâŠ
The barn well worth visiting
A lovely accommodation, beautiful surroundings and great landlord, extremely helpful, the only issue we had was that we were informed the property had an enclosed boundary for dogs but it is not completely enclosed and one evening the dog's simply wandered off down the road! We did eventually find them at the bottom of the lane/road! Phew!
A beautiful.property on the edge of Dartmoor The oaks is a large property with alot of space both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for 4 grand children and a cocker spaniel to run around.. The host Joanna is great and has made sure everything is in the property that you could possibly need for your stay even down to doggie treats!!!. We were welcomed by a lovely cream tea supplied by Joanna which after a long drive was so appreciated. Was a fabulous 3 night stay with our family and would most certainly do again.
The property was fully equiped with everthing we needed for our reunion. 5 ensuite rooms what more could we want. The kitchen/living room is enormous so plenty of room for all. Views from the living room are most enjoyable especially at sunrise or sunset. We ate at 3 different pubs in the area, all had a varied menu and we were not disappointed. Joanna greeted us on arrival and was on hand for any questions. I would rate this property 5 star plus.
A relaxing time away in a very well equipped property. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom all finished to a very high standard. Location offered fantastic views and privacy. Excellent host on hand for help and advice when needed.
The house was modern and extremely spacious making it perfect for a big group of friends or family members. The outdoor area made this getaway even more enjoyable with a large amount of green space and stunning views of the countryside surrounding the house. We had such a lovely trip away and would love to come back again in the future.
