12 Combehaven is a first-floor apartment resting in Slacombe, Devon. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom with balcony and en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an additional trundle, ideal for four people, but can sleep five on request. Completing the interior is a shower room, a kitchen/living room with gas fire and a living/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a balcony with table and chairs. 12 Combehaven is an outstanding retreat to this part of Devon.
Amenities: Central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x TVs and WiFi, Tassimo Coffee Maker. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent guests need to bring beach towels. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Balcony with table and chairs. Until the end of August 2026 the property supplies 5 x Spa Passes for the nearby Salcombe Harbour Hotel Spa which allows tenants free access to the gym, pool, sauna and steam room and up to 20% discount off Spa treatments and the restaurant https://www.harbourhotels.co.uk/salcombe/spa-and-gym . Within the town you will find a plethora of amenities, whilst on the outskirts of town there are two beaches and the National Trust property Overbeckâs where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
