Cet appartement dispose de meubles élégants et modernes. Il comprend une chambre et un canapé-lit, et vous pouvez ajouter un lit supplémentaire dans le salon. La décoration est exquise et l'appartement est entiÚrement équipé pour se sentir chez soi. Le bùtiment possÚde une piscine sur le toit avec les meilleures vues sur la Cathédrale et la Giralda. Vous pourrez vous y détendre aprÚs une journée de visite à Séville.

L'appartement comprend une chambre et un salon spacieux avec une cuisine intégrée. Il dispose d'une grande télévision avec Apple TV et d'un accÚs à un compte Netflix pour nos clients, ainsi que d'une connexion WIFI. Il y a des toilettes dans le salon et une salle de bain complÚte dans la chambre avec une douche. Nous fournissons du shampoing, du gel douche et du revitalisant pour les cheveux.

Absolutely amazing location. Great to have a place to rest and absolutely COLD air conditioning. You can literally walk to everything within 10-15 min or get a taxi from around the corner.

We loved the location of this unit! It’s walking distance to everything. There is a bed in the kitchen/living room area and a door that can close and make it a separate space. We’ve used it for a family trip and it was perfect.

Fine apartment with great location

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this nice apartment for several nights. It is comfortable and clean. My husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Perfectly located near several cultural sites, restaurants, shops. All in easy walking distance. We still enjoyed the city buzz from above after we had gone back to the apartment for the night. Wonderful communication from Elena and Cathedral team starting well before our arrival and continuing throughout our stay.

Great location - large clean apartment

We had a great stay for 3 nights on our honeymoon. Location was perfect. Place was clean. Communication was easy. I would say the apartment is much larger in person. We enjoyed the rooftop a few times as well and were always the only people up there. We would recommend!

Lovely host and property location

Elena and her team went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we need. The location of the apartment cannot be beat. It was a five minute walk from the Real Alcazar and Sevilla Cathedral and the tower. We were surrounded by so many restaurants, souvenirs and gelato stores. The location was a real life saver as it was unseasonably hot when we were there so not having to venture too far to get anything we need with a younger child was worth its weight in gold.Communications with Elena and her team is always prompt, any questions I had was dealt with expediently. Further, they made our stay extra special by telling us to watch the Corpus Christi parade. We had a bird’s eye view of this incredible procession from the comfort of the apartment, something we will always cherish.I cannot say enough great things about the apartment or the hosts.

Wonderful apartment

We spent 10 days in this great apartment. Located just a block from the Cathedral, yet quiet and intimate, it’s the perfect location to explore the beautiful city of Sevilla. Lots of restaurants close by, and great bakeries too!Communication with the management team was great, and they quickly answered any questions we had. Easy check in with the app they use. Very clean throughout.The apartment is well appointed with large living room, a bath and half bath, laundry and dishwasher in the kitchen. Nice personal terrace, and great rooftop pool. It’s not heated, but it was warm when we were there, so it was nice to refresh in it. The rooftop area could use some new furniture, but maybe they haven’t put it out for the season yet.We would totally recommend this lovely space for a stay in Sevilla!

Lovely spacious apartment in an amazingly central location, just a few steps from the cathedral. The shared roof terrace was perfect for lunch in the sun, and had fantastic views of the cathedral tower and roof. The apartment is surrounded by windows and balconies and is light and airy. Lovely to sit out on the balcony with a coffee listening to the sounds from the streets below. There are many good places to eat nearby. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at the Domi Velez bakery which was 5 minute walk away (the pistacchio croissants were to die for!). The apartment owners were very helpful sending lots of information beforehand about check in etc via whatsapp. My only (very minor) criticism would be that the lighting in the apartment was not so great once it was dark outside- a bit dim and cold - the apartment could do with a few more lamps to give a cosy effect.

Centrally Located in Seville

The apartment was as described. A very nice apartment in the center of town a block from the Seville Cathedral. Elena was very nice and helpful. Excellent apartment in historic location

Spent 4 nights at this apartment in historic, quaint Santa Cruz. It was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect: one block from Giralda and cathedral, little vehicle traffic, many good restaurants in the area, short walk to all amenities (shops, taxi, etc.). Many french doors and small balconies added to the experience. Flamenco down the block. The rooftop view of the Giralda (from the pool) is unbeatable. Owner very helpful and provided good recommendations.

Great Apartment

This was a great apartment that was close to everything! The communication from the host was very limited compare to other VRBO hosts. It has a bar on the street below but didn’t bother me much but it may bother others. The good news it was silent after midnight. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Apt. to Enjoy Seville!

Apt. had everything we wanted and more. Spacious inside area to eat, read and "people-watch" on the balcony. Comfy bed and well-appointed kitchen and bathroom with added perk of an additional wc/toilet. Fantastic location right around the corner from the Cathedral, short walk to all sights and Triana and riverbank. In the center of the action steps away from great restaurants (Pelayo right across the street, Maestro Marcelino & Postguillo a few blocks away; Gusto for breakfast just around the block). Great communication for check-in and follow-up questions (answered within minutes of sending a request) Elevator building was a big help. HIGHLY Recommend. Can't wait to come back and hope it's available when we do. :)

Spacious Centrally Located Apartment

Wonderful apartment, centrally located. It is light and airy and seems to be recently renovated. Elena is a responsive host, quickly replying to our queries. She made us restaurant reservations at a very popular restaurant, Eslava, and arranged for a taxi when we departed. Even though the pool was too cold to go swimming in, we enjoyed a delightful dinner on the rooftop deck at sunset. It is directly across from a very popular cocktail bar which is lively until 2 or 3 in the morning. The Windows muffle, but don't eliminate the sound. Best to do as the Spanish and eat late. Shops and attractions don't open until 10 or 11. If ever I am in Seville again, I would stay here.

Great location and beautiful apartment!

My two children and I rented the apartment for three nights during our stay in Seville. The apartment is located in the heart of old Seville and a block from the Cathedral. We loved the location! We were close to many of the tourist sites and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment was large and well appointed. The rooftop patio and pool were a great bonus. The pool may not be large but it works well for a cool down after a hot day of site-seeing. Overall we had a very positive experience and this rated as one of our best rentals during our trip. The rental company was very helpful and even printed off tickets for us when we asked. They were great at communication. The only caution I would give is that you are right in the heart of Seville and it can be noisy at 2AM with several restaurants just outside your door. However that is a small price to pay for the location and amenities.

Wonderful Seville Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this Seville apartment. The location was absolutely amazing! Just steps from the Cathedral and a bustling area of shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, as well as spacious enough for a family of four. Having an extra half bath made it much quicker for four people to get ready and out the door each day! The dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer were a big help as well. The only issues we had were some difficulty operating the washer/dryer, and a few kitchen items that were missing which would have been useful to have. The apartment manager Elena was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very well organized with tips and maps for our visit. We were also greeted at the apartment with a bottle of wine, olives, and chocolates! I would definitely recommend this apartment and this manager to friends and family.
