LIVING AREA
The large open plan living area has stylish comfortable sofas, a large flat screen cable TV, X-box player. The whole of the living area has tiled floors keeping everything cool and bright. Large patio doors leading to the large outside private pool area.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need for your stay including oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker. All crockery and cutlery is provided.
Separate laundry area comprising of large American style washing machine and dryer.

DINING AREAS

The formal dining area seats 6.
There is a second dining area which also seats 6 over looking the pool area and a breakfast bar at the kitchen.

BEDROOMS
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8
The first master bedroom with full size en-suite has a king size bed and patio doors opening onto the pool area and flat screen tv.
The second bedroom with en-suite has a King size bed and patio doors opening onto the pool area and flat screen tv.
The third bedroom has another King size bed with flat screen tv.
The fourth bedroom is Mickey Mouse themed with bunk beds with flat screen tv.
All bedding and towels are supplied.

BATHROOMS
3 bathrooms.
There are 2 en-suites, one with a large walk in shower and sunken roman style bath with twin basins. The second en-suite has a walk in shower, wc and twin basin.
There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and wc.

GAMES ROOM
To add to your enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room. The room features an 8ft pool table, Competition size table football, Darts and relaxing seating and table area.

POOL
Oversized pool and Spa are West facing which means the sun shine covers the whole pool/spa all day, due to the location of the pool the sunset is beautiful in the early evening. The pool area has a fence to the rear and hedges to both sides to give total privacy.
Pool towels are supplied for use at the villa.
Pool / Spa heating at an additional cost of $20 / £15 per day

OUTSIDE AREA
Patio, Pool and Spa Area: Sun drenched for most of the day our oversized pool and spa area is fully private and screened.
The large Lanai is an excellent place to sunbathe and relax with a drink, or for the kids to play whilst protected from the sun. Complete with comfortable chairs it can also be used as an outdoor dining area.

GARAGE
Converted into a games room

Free wireless high speed internet access and free local and international land line phone calls.

BABY EQUIPMENT
2 travel cots, High chair and stroller to be used at guest risk.
