12a Solent Landing is the perfect seaside holiday home from home for a family of 4, moments from the beach in the sought-after coastal village of Bembridge. This charming garden and beach-fronted terraced townhouse offers plenty of space for the family and is located just a few minutes’ walk to the village. You enter via the lower ground floor garage area, which is the perfect place for keeping your kayaks, paddle boards, bikes or any other sports equipment that will make your holiday that little bit more magical. A few steps take you up to the hallway on the ground floor, where you will find the cloakroom and thoughtfully fitted kitchen/dining room. Continue up the stairs to the first-floor sitting room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and stunning views of the Bembridge harbour and the Solent. Up on the second floor is the double bedroom, and the family bathroom. On the third floor is the master king double room with an incredible panoramic view of the Solent and Bembridge Harbour. The twin bedroom and family shower room can be found on the fourth floor. Outside of the kitchen's back door, you will find outdoor dining furniture.
Bikes and water sports items can be stored securely in the garage.
Parking for one car, plus there’s visitor parking nearby on a first come first served basis

Fourth floor: 1 x twin room, 1 x family shower room with a large shower, WC and basin.
Third floor: 1x Master king double room with Freeview TV and stunning views of the harbour and Solent.
Second floor: Double bedroom and Family bathroom, with bath, WC and basin.
First floor: Sitting room with seating, Smart TV.
Ground floor: Fitted Kitchen/dining room, Cloakroom with WC
Lower ground floor: Garage area.
Outside: There is outside seating from the kitchen in the communal courtyard area, as well to the front is an immaculate communal lawn and picnic area that leads all the way to the beach.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
1 Dog allowed on request. Please make sure you clear up any mess from your dog before you leave.
Please always ‘poo’ pick immediately and place in a large black plastic bag, the bin men will not pick up poo if it is just in the dog poo bags.
No dogs on furniture or upstairs.
No dogs in the inner courtyard.
Never leave your dog unattended.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Please remember to leave the keys back in the key safe when you leave.
