It also has 2 bathrooms, one of them is inside the room with a double bed and a living room. The bedroom with 2 beds and the upstairs living area overlook a balcony, where it is also nice to sit, has two chairs and a table for that purpose.

In the upstairs living room, as an extra you have a low bed, made to measure on a low platform where 2 people fit. It also has a garden with a sitting area. It has heating and an iron fireplace in the downstairs living room.

Rural house La Casa de Piedra, is located in Herrera de Ibio, one of the villages belonging to the Ibio valley and at the gates of the Saja reserve. It belongs to the municipality of Mazcuerras, an important historical-cultural site of unquestionable natural beauty. It is in the Saja Reserve region.

Herrera de Ibio is a village with a very active rural life, where you can see its people with their grass carts and carrying their cattle from one side to the other, with no road crossing it.
The area is well connected with the Cabuérniga Valley, coastal towns such as San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas, Santillana del Mar or Santander
