VILLA RAQUEL

Profitez de vacances en famille dans ce logement moderne et accueillant à Cala'n Bosch. Situé à seulement 600 mètres de la plage de sable, ce logement dispose d'une piscine privée de 8x4 mètres avec un lit balinais et un grand jardin avec mobilier d'extérieur et barbecue.



L'intérieur est équipé de la climatisation et du chauffage, garantissant le confort tout au long de l'année. Il dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains, dont 2 avec douche et 1 avec baignoire, pour que toute la famille puisse profiter de son intimité.



La cuisine indépendante est entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière et tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer confortablement vos repas. Il dispose également du wifi et de la télévision avec des chaînes en espagnol et en anglais.



Le logement dispose également d'une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin, l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter des vues. Great Villa in a great location

Great Villa in a great location, close to the harbour with lots of restaurants and shops and the beach. Villa has everything you need, is spacious and very private, kids loved the pool! Communication with the hosts was excellent, would definitely book again.

Excellent self catering facilities, BBQ, fabulous pool, ideally situated for restaurants, bars and the beach. Need to provide keys for driveway gates so can park vehicle off the road to provide security and prevent damage.

Lovely location. Nice pool and close to all the restaurants. Plenty of space in the villa for 6 of us including 2 children. Pool well maintained. Furnishings a little bit basic but absolutely fine with with kids. We loved it. Table Tennis went down well.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location

Location and size of the villa. Lots of kitchen equipment and plenty of space. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the showers were not good as ran out of water and the temperature was very bad.

Close to the Marina, spacious villa with 3 bathrooms Maybe consider chopping the big tree so that the sun is on the pool longer although I am presuming that as the sun gets higher in the summer the pool will stay in the sun longer.

Enjoyable stay at Villa Raquel

A lovely well appointed very well equipped villa close to the marina but in a quiet location. Both Mauter Villas and the owner were very helpful.The dishwasher broke down whilst we were there.They responded to our call very quickly the owner came to assess, an engineer came the next day, it broke down again the same day and a new dishwasher was delivered and installed the very next day. We were very impressed by their speedy response it didn't interfere with our holiday at all. I would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Mooie schone ruimtes, fijn zwembad voor onszelf en alles wat je nodig kunt hebben bij de hand. Joan appte me n dag voor vertrek of alles duidelijk was en dat we altijd mochten contacten met vragen. Matrassen waren heel hard, iedereen houd van anders dus is n persoonlijke mopper. Bedden waren verder super fijn.

Situación perfecta. Trato de la empresa correcto, aunque no les vimos siquiera. Falta algún detalle de suministros y la limpieza justita. Algún equipamiento un poco obsoleto, pero correcto.
