Fabulous situation, townhouse in Pollensa, Gruat.

A charming little townhouse at the bottom of Calvari hill in Pollensa, a short walk from the main square with its bars, restaurants and shops. Several of the island’s best beaches are within short reach by car. The house is an old, refurbished Majorcan house, tastefully decorated and furnished. The living room/dining room is spacious and inviting, provided with all possible comfort. The open kitchen is completely equipped, modern and with a lot of storage space. The two double bedrooms are light and nice, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. There is also a complete bathroom and a toilet. However, the area that is usually most appreciated is the roof terrace with its stunning views over fields and mountains, ideal for those outdoor meals (there is a barbecue) or chill out moments. There is no problem parking in front of the house but if you prefer a less steep street to park on, there are several ones close at hand.
