Hosting a double with balcony, a ground-floor double and a snug with a sofa bed, this property can sleep up to five guests. The first floor is complete with a wet room, whilst the ground floor is home to a bathroom. Completing the interior of the property is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a utility room. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a decking and patio featuring outdoor seating, as well as a roadside parking space for one car to the front. 44 Reculver Drive is a chic and quirky property providing the ultimate space for a relaxing retreat to the coast. Please note, there is currently a new house being built next door to the Artists House by the Sea. The builder is also the owner of next door and is very considerate. He is demolishing his existing house in March 2026 so we are hoping that by June 2026 the noise will be at a minimum.
