Visit Margate and come stay in our beautiful Victorian home which celebrates it's heritage with bright and vibrant decor. The bedrooms are sumptuously furnished with two grand bathrooms to add to the indulgence.
Enjoy social time in the open plan kitchen/sitting room where you can natter at the breakfast bar or relax in front of the TV. On warm days open up the large doors & enjoy the sunshine in the garden.
Moments from the iconic Lido & beach, you will be ideally located to enjoy Margate.
Located on a residential street, minutes from the seafront & the iconic Lido, you will have an enjoyable and comfortable stay with your friends or family.
Stepping into the house you will be welcomed into the large social space which combines living & dining & cooking. The lounge stretches through to the kitchen and then garden; on warm days you can throw open the glazed doors and bring the outside into the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas hob and microwave. The central island is the hub of the home, perfect for catching up on each other's news while preparing a meal or pouring drinks. If you want to sit down for a formal meal we have supplied a fold up table & chairs which can be set up in minutes.
Moving into the lounge space you can relax in the comfortable chairs, watch a movie or play games. We have supplied many varied and interesting games for you to enjoy.
The walled garden is private and has a few chairs so you can relax in the outside space.
*FIRST FLOOR*
There are two large bedrooms on this floor, the main bedroom has a beautiful ensuite and features a King size bed & perfectly chosen pieces of Heritage furniture. The memory foam mattress assures a very comfortable night's sleep.
The second bedroom also boasts a king size memory foam bed and is a dream to sleep on. The vibrant colours in both bedrooms envelope you in warmth and make the space feel like a cocoon.
This floor also has a separate WC which is off the central hallway.
*SECOND FLOOR*
An amazing walk in shower and large slipper bath make this gorgeous bathroom feel like a luxurious treat. It is accessed from the central hallway and provides washing facilities for the bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom on this floor.
The terracotta coloured room on this floor has a double bed with memory foam mattress and a lovely soft rug to sink your feet into.
Private access to the house and garden. A ground floor room is locked for owner's private use.
We have local managing agents, Rachel and Spencer from Key Retreats Ltd, looking after our home.
We advertise the property for 5 people because we only 5 seats in the lounge area. The house can sleep six on this understanding.
There is one room on the ground floor which is locked for owner use and not accessible for guests.
We welcome a maximum of 2 small/medium sized dogs and we ask that they remain downstairs. We have installed a stairgate to keep pets on the ground floor.
- Please, please respect our neighbours in this quiet residential street. We ask that you do not make excessive noise in or around the house, especially after 11pm. No parties or loud music are allowed.
- We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and the objects inside the house, and to leave everything as was found.
- Please do not use candles or smoke in the house.
