Cottage-Salle de bain privée

Heaps House features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Guests will find just about everything they need to cook up a treat. The characterful lounge / dining area has comfy sofas, one that converts into a sofa bed which will comfortably sleep 2. There is also a flat screen tv which is on an arm so that it can be adjusted for the perfect viewing position. The dining area has an extendable table and seating for 4 guests. Downstairs you will find the large luxurious bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and an indulgent bath. The bath is raised onto a small platform with lights that add to the ambience when you want to lay back and relax in the bath. Free toiletries are also provided. The king size bed in the bedroom has a memory foam mattress and is dressed with simple fresh white bedding. Leading from the bedroom there is access to a small private walled courtyard. To enhance your stay we offer free Wi-Fi and off road parking for two cars.

The property is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Denby Dale Railway Station, and 5 minutes’ stroll from local shops, pubs and restaurants. Sheffield, Huddersfield, Leeds, Manchester and Wakefield can all be reached within a 30-minute drive.
Heaps House is a family run business set in the heart of the village of Denby Dale, in West Yorkshire, just 8 miles from the Peak District National Park and the famous town of Holmfirth. It is ideal for those looking for both short and long stays in self-catering accommodation with a touch of luxury. Featuring a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, guests will find just about everything they need to cook up a treat. The characterful lounge has comfy sofas (sofa bed), a dining table, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Downstairs you will find the large luxurious bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and an indulgent bath. The bedroom, having access to a small private courtyard is spacious and peaceful.

The luxurious gem of heaps house feels like home from home

I needed somewhere lovely and peaceful to stay close to the shops as I can't walk far. It's beautiful and comfortable interior with its attentive friendly owner Rebekah is outstanding. Love details like the beautiful fairy lights outside the bedroom window. It is just calm and being a single lady it feels safe. Just a lovely place to stay. Hope to stay again soon

Absolute comfort in an amazingly stylish home from home; clearly a much- loved house!

I liked that communication with the hosts was excellent. The property was very well-equipped with all mod. cons. Very comfortable bed, great shower, towels provided, a fantastic bath tub and heated warmly. I felt safe as a lone female traveller as location is in a residential well-lit street. It was very close to relatives I was visiting and train station easily walkable. Local shops nearby for buying food etc. but can eat out locally too. Suggestions at the house for those on touring holidays.

Spacious, well presented property in good location

Very comfortable property, with pretty much everything we needed for a two night self-catering stay. Frequent 'self-caterers' should note this is not a property that provides much in the way of basic essentials (eg milk, coffee etc), but they don't claim to. We went prepared! Good location though with a pub and a lovely restaurant in walking distance. Very nicely presented and stylish property.
