The Laithe is accessed via stairs to a spacious first floor apartment in a converted Yorkshire stone barn.
The apartment was modernised in 2020 with a new kitchen, shower room, re-styled living room and re-carpeted throughout.
The double bedroom is complete with ensuite shower room.
The lounge is extremely spacious brimming with original features - fully exposed beam, barn window and unique circular window. It has a very comfortable high-quality reclining sofa and armchairs. Plus a flat screen TV and dvd player.
âThe dining kitchen is again a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and full-size 50/50 fridge freezer and a designated dining area.
There is super-fast broadband throughout the property.
