2) For guests arriving later than 18:00 All guest must notify us 48 hours prior check-in. The property will send instruction to check-in.
Keys for the apartments will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box outside the apartment door. This information is EMAILED OR TEXT to Guest. Guest is required to request LATE CHECK IN INFORMATION.
A valid Credit or Debit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major Credit / Debit cards.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 200 fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.

A security deposit of 200 GBP is required PRIOR to arrival for incidentals, Nuisance or Disturbance to other guest (payable by credit or debit card only). This deposit is fully refundable at check-out subject to no damage being found or issues reported.
