All kitchen are fully fitted with < microwave, Fridge / Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine with dryer and the basic kitchen utensil like, plates, cups, Glasses, knife, forks spoon's, etc. In addition to that all apartment are services regularly ( Every three days- Bedding and towels are replenished for your comfort ).

1) PLEASE EMAIL APPROXIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND ENSURE YOU PROVIDE VALID MOBILE NUMBER WITH YOUR COUNTRY CODE.

2) For guests arriving later than 11:30PM: Please notify us more than 24 hours prior to check-in. The property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. This information will be emailed or sent by text to you. You are required to request late check in information.

3) PLEASE CHECK IN AND KEY-COLLECTION AT RECEPTION LOCATED GROUND FLOOR OF THE APARTMENTS:

A valid credit or debit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and the card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit / debit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at Check-in.

Smoking is not allowed in the property. Up to 300 GBP cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found.

A security deposit of up to 300 GBP is required upon arrival for incidentals, nuisance or disturbance to other guest (payable by CARD PAYMENT only) . This deposit is fully refundable at check-out subject to no damage being found or issues reported.
