Nice place. Newly remodeled. One of the better units at the Shores Townhomes/Condos.

Best place on the beach

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. We had the best time with our three young kids. The layout of the townhouse was perfect and the proximity to the beach and pool was the best we’ve ever had!

My family and I really enjoyed this townhome. Great location right on the beach and freshly remodeled. Carol the host was great and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Stay at Awesome Property

Check in was smooth, and townhouse was exactly as listed. The location was steps from the beach and far enough away from PCB that it felt private. Nothing could have been better. We'll definitely be back.

Great beach vacation

No issues with rental process. Carol has always been a joy to work with. We have vacationed at The Shores Townhouses for the past four years and have always enjoyed our time spent at this location. The unit was newly renovated and was better than expected. We look forward to our next vacation at The Shores.

Family reunion

We had extended family in the same set of townhomes so it was amazing to find such a great unit here for our family. We loved everything about the unit and look forward to rebooking! Carol was great to work with and was great with communication!

Great family getaway

We have loved staying at The Shores when we can for our family vacations. This unit was especially perfect for our family this year. The size was great for our family + 1 set of grandparents. The master bedroom was very spacious. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this one room with the bonus twin beds built in. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. We cooked most dinners in and had no issues with the supplies on hand. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat here. The beach access it just at the bottom of the stairwell. With young kids, a short walk to the beach is very important to us. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Such a dream!

My family and I have stayed in another condo in the same building, but this condo was completely updated and so beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here we will definitely be staying here again. Plus the location is just perfect. The beach access is right in front of you and if you forgot a float or some chairs they do include some. The condo also caters to children of all ages. There were twin beds, 2 full beds, and a giant walk in closet that your pack n play will easily fit in (and then a king bed for the parents). There were no issues with the wifi or trying to use the TV. Carol was very great to communicate with and responded very promptly. I have no real complaints and highly recommend you booking this condo! Thank you for letting us stay! We truly had a wonderful experience!

Very clean. Plenty of space.

We absolutely loved this unit!! Everything was so clean. There is plenty of space. It was so nice. This was our second year to return to The Shores Townhomes. This was our first year for this unit. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. It was out our first 4 nights. It would get up to almost 80 degrees inside. Carol was very communicative about it and was gracious in offering a discount for the issues. I am not sure if we will return to the The Shores Townhomes because of the AC issue. :( I’m hoping maybe something will be changed so that it won’t be a problem because we would LOVE to return here every year. Even though we were there the week of July 4th, the beach was not crowded in front of the townhomes. The pool was never crowded and the traffic in the area wasn’t bad. It’s the perfect location - less crowded area but not having to drive too far to enjoy all the activities of Panama City Beach.

Great place to stay with only minor issues.

This condo was beautiful inside and access to beach was wonderful! Loved the furniture and decks off both the living room and master bedroom. Our only issues were temperature upstairs in master bedroom were very warm along with fitted sheet kept coming off mattress and no dish towels. Our only other problem was with parking. We drove my husband’s truck (Toyota Tundra) that wouldn’t fit in garage space and would not have allowed for another vehicle to park if coming along. Serious maintenance needs to be done to outside of units, but as far as this unit goes inside, it was perfect for our stay, minus sleeping comfortably.

Perfect beach getaway!

House was great, location was perfect! Clean but floors could have used a sweeping prior to us arriving. House didn't have any beach towels, plan to bring your own. No extra toilet paper, paper towels, no dishwasher pods or laundry detergent, plan to bring your own, we had to buy everything at the store. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this for a beach getaway!

Great location!

We loved being right on the beach front! Not only that, it was a quiet neighborhood yet close to grocery market, drug store, and restaurants! We spent most mornings enjoying coffee on the deck watching the sunrise and often saw dolphins swim by. The evenings were even more stunning watching the sunset right off the deck or on the beach. The condo had all you need in the kitchen including cook wear, dishes and coffee pot and Keurig. The master upstairs was massive and had a great upper deck for a better view of the beach and more privacy. The unit is older, but has been kept up well. There were a few signs of age around the kitchen sink and tub tiles. Overall it was perfect for our family. The October weather proved to be perfect!

Great vacation spot!!

This was our second year staying here. We love it!! Great location with fewer people. I love being so close to the beach. Carol was great communicating about the rental. We look forward to returning next year.

BEST BEACH TRIP EVER!

We had the best beach vacation ever! This property was everything we wanted and needed. The check-in, check-out process was basically nothing! We were able to access an almost private beach just off our back steps. It was a truly spectacular vacation! Just what we needed! Thank you

Beautiful location in PCB

The property was ready ahead of schedule thanks to Carol. Unit 112 stayed cool our entire trip which has been a problem at other units on the same property. The beach was wonderful our entire stay and not crowded at all. Great vacation and we loved Unit 112

Awesome!!

The stay here has been amazing!! The location is great and the condo has more than enough room. The weather was perfect and most days we felt like we was on a private beach. If you want a vacation where you can sit back, relax and enjoy then you have found it here. Also, you should definitely try Bayou Bill's Crab House just up the road because they very good food.
