3 Victoria House is a well-appointed double-aspect holiday apartment in a superb central location on a quiet pedestrian lane leading from the Harbour. This light and airy apartment has stunning views over the rooftops to the Harbour and out across St Ives Bay.
Encompassing the first floor of a traditional granite building and all on one level, this light and airy apartment has stunning views over the rooftops to the Harbour and out across St Ives Bay. This stylish holiday home is also close to the golden sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, boutique shops, award-winning restaurants and the delights of the St Ives art scene.
The bright open plan sitting/kitchen/dining area is light and sunny with tasteful furnishings and two windows overlooking Smeatonâs Pier and the Harbour. The sitting room area having a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker and window seat to enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in the glorious harbour view.
The kitchen area is well equipped, with an induction hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and slimline dishwasher.
The dining table seats up to four guests.
The principal bedroom is airy and bright with a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. The window also has a view across rooftops to Smeatonâs Pier and Godrevy.
The second bedroom is a twin room with one single bed, plus an elevated bed with a ladder. Ideal for children.
The newly refurbished shower room has a glass cubicle, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and lovely shuttered window.
