Kamaole Sands est la première propriété de South Kihei. Kamaole Sands est situé en face de Kamaole Beach III. Observation des baleines, baignade, tuba, promenade miles sur la plage et regarder les couchers de soleil les plus incroyables imaginables. Il y a 15 acres d'aménagements paysagers tropicaux luxuriants, de paysages d'eau et de fontaines. En outre, il y a une grande piscine, deux bains à remous, une piscine pour enfants, 10 aires de barbecue et des courts de tennis. Kamaole Sands bénéficie d'un emplacement central et se trouve à distance de marche des magasins, des restaurants et des activités. Il est également à quelques minutes des parcours de golf de Wailea et Makena.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Unité # 7-408 est une belle 2 chambres, 2 unités de bain au 4ème étage avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, 3 télévisions à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, Internet sans fil gratuit et téléphone. Air conditionné dans le salon et la chambre principale et ventilateurs de plafond partout. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit queen, un ventilateur de plafond, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète. La chambre 2 dispose d'un lit king, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bains principale et la salle de bains 2 ont une douche seulement. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Pour le plaisir en plein air, l'unité # 7-408 est équipée de chaises de plage et de serviettes de plage. Vue sur le jardin tropical avec une vue sur l'océan peekaboo de la véranda. Remarque: Un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 300 $ est requis pour cette unité. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 personnes.

Great Holiday

Overall we had a great stay in this unit at Kamaole Sands. The location to the beaches was so handy. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the sand toys, umbrella (it broke on the second day, I messaged the property managers and they delivered a new one that afternoon), beach chairs, wagon and boogie board.The Kitchen & bathrooms need a deep clean, but it affect our stay too much. The King size bed in the master was not great to start with but was replaced on our last day there, so it will be a good bed going forward.Overall I would highly recommend this condo

Requires a massive deep clean; kitchen especially, bathrooms/showers as well. Frying pans need replacing. Lacking typical cooking appliances (slow cooker, roaster).Master mattress needs replacing; roll to the middle. Pillows are well used and could use updating.

Excellent location by Kamaole Beach III

I had a lovely stay at the Kamaole Sands condo with my husband, 18 month old and parents (4 adults, 1 infant). The unit was very well stocked for a young family (beach toys, umbrella, wagon, booster chairs, travel crib, snorkeling gear and more). Great view of the property gardens and we could see the ocean from the lanai. The beds are quite soft but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots/pans and utensils. We loved using the communal BBQs. The walk to Kamaole Beach Park III was less than 5 mins. The unit was comfortable, but could have been cleaner.

The resort and suite was as expected as previous visits to Kamaole Sands have proved. Look forward to our next stay.

Our location was great for ease of getting to multiple places on Maui as well as walking across the street to the beach or up the street to many restaurants and shave ice shops! Would definitely stay here again!!

We appreciated the beach items such as the snorkel gear, boogie board, umbrella, chairs and ice chest to take to the beach. I love that it was a gated community with a pool. We enjoyed the beach during the day and would come back for swimming in the evening. Check in was easy as was check out. Our only issue was the sliding door would not open upon arrival. The maintenance man was nice and promptly came to fix it so we could enjoy the balcony for the rest of the week.

Clean unit and great location

Clean, great location near Kam 3, top floor unit with spiral staircase and vaulted ceilings that made it feel larger and allowed more light. Beach chairs and boogie boards well-used but meant we didn’t have to buy or rent anything. Would stay again. Check in at main office took a while, but that’s the association and not the unit owners.

First time in Hawaii

We have nothing to compare our trip to but my parents were in unit 10-205.We enjoyed our time in Kehei. The condo location was excellent. The unit was fairly well supplied. We did have a few concerns. The screen door to the deck was always going off the track( we reported this), the bathroom door knob on the upstairs bathroom came off as it was held on by only one screw( this was reported too) and the drapes on the deck doors couldn’t be opened properly as they were sewn together at the top.Other than these problems we enjoyed our time at Kamaole Sands!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean and provided all the amenities needed. We did have an issue with the upstairs sink not draining. The property manager did send someone out quickly, but the handyman did not successfully unclog sink. Just a small inconvenience. Overall, very happy with unit.

Wonderful location and unit with variable service

Overall we had a nice stay in Kihei. The unit was well set up and amenities were nice. When we checked in, one of the beds had a bunch of sand in the sheets however, so we did a fair amount of running around to sort the issue. We were told to email the property manager but didn’t hear back until the next day, at which point we were told that it was our fault for not reaching out via a different channel. In the end, we didn’t let it impact our stay, but certainly could have received better communication.

Maui- our favorite place!

Great location and accommodation. Unit had everything we needed and more. Very well stocked and clean. Suite even had baby supplies( booster seat and crib) if needed!

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Kam Sands for over 20 years and Rentals Maui was really nice to work with, everything fell into place as it should, we would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend. This unit in building 7 is in a great location and had a good assortment of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Overall it is a great condo, although the bathrooms are showing wear and in need of updating. Furniture in the living room was really nice, large TV with plenty of channel options. The kitchen with granite is very nice and we like the open concept, although it could use some silverware updating along with a better selection of containers with lids so that plastic wrap and foil are not needed so much. The lanai furniture was not the most comfortable, 2 small chairs and table and small loveseat. This is a beautiful spot and the tropical grounds looked better than we have ever seen! Thank you Rentals Maui for making this such a smooth trip, we can't think of staying anywhere else when we come to Maui!
