Récemment mis à jour 1er étage Bella Piazza Condo, près de Disney

Carole was very harassing & verbally abusive towards my management company. So much so I actually reported her to VRBO during her stay to inform them she was an abusive guest. She kept harassing them at all hours of the night all the way up to 4am. I personally too received repeated messages until past 1am. She was complaining from everything from the TV not being big enough to us not providing a safe. She even demanded a personal escort to the condo from management at 12am waking them up after she arrived late. Late calls are emergency only. They declined to drive out there past midnight but offered to walk her through getting there even though clear directions are in the welcome email. After keeping them up until 4am Chris showed up at the condo at 9am to address all her complaints. She told him to come back later. He said he wanted to address it right then. She let him in then went in a room with her sister and shut the door. He waited a long time and they would not answer through the door so he had to just leave. I then called her to see what we could do about her complaints. She made us clean the condo twice saying its not clean enough and apparently was still not clean enough after the second cleaning. She refused to deal with our management and only wanted to deal with me and we live states away. I had to call her and email repeatedly through her stay after she would not stop complaining. To address the pool key issue, it does state to let us know after arrival if the key is missing because there is a charge and she told us 2 days later it was missing. In that case a guest is liable for a lost key. The cleaning service takes a picture of the key & it's placement after every guest. Carole is also lying about our management telling her it is hard to have the place clean! It is cleaned after every guest and hers was cleaned TWICE. Management even left her a receipt to prove all linens were taken to the laundry AGAIN after she declared she didn’t trust him to clean it. She then complained to me they left a receipt on the table. I normally would never ever say anything cross about a guest because in our opinion the guest is always right. We will bend over backwards to ensure a wonderful stay, but she was just awful to us. Nothing we did was good enough. Our condo is immaculate with completely new furnishings. She emailed & said she didn’t know if I’d want her but she’d like to come back sometime. We definitely would not let her rent again. Makes no sense

The guest actually completely trashed our condo. We have a 4 guest limit and they brought 6 guests. There was even food in the beds, stains all over the sheets and sugary drinks sticky all over the floor. They left it really gross. Even broke the shower handle in the guest bathroom.

Really sorry the cleaning service forgot to replace the washcloths! They went and replaced immediately after notified. Please note this is a self service unit. It is not listed that we provide food, shampoo etc. As a courtesy we provide travel size toiletries, soap and detergent (not listed). This is generally a short term rental and it is enough. If you have need of more than one load be prepared to bring your own. Please be sure to view amenities before booking so you agree to terms. We will never provide food items that are easily contaminated by other guests. Be sure to bring your own.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, knives, cookware, scissors, baking sheets, pots, pans, mixing bowls, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is even BBQ utensils. Please message me and let me know what you felt was missing. We can’t think of anything missed.

If you go through all our listing photos. It definitely does not show lazy rivers or slides. This guest must have gotten us confused with another listing. Management was on the other line when they called and they called back within 5 minutes. They texted me directly after calling them and when I called management they already were on their way. They couldn’t figure out how to lock the front door so management drove out to show them personally. Please make sure you read the full listing before booking because all this information the guest had issue with is provided before booking. We always want our guests to have an enjoyable stay with no surprises or disappointments.
