Islander Condo # 111 est une unité West View, Gold qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Cette unité est parfaite si vous voulez être près de la piscine et ne voulez pas vous battre contre les escaliers ou l’ascenseur. Il est à 10 mètres de la piscine et les marches du balcon sur l'herbe. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et ouverte, avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux comptoirs et est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Rassemblez-vous autour de la nouvelle table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon doté de nouveaux meubles et regardez la télévision 55 pouces avec accès au câble numérique et lecteur DVD. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une nouvelle literie moderne et une télévision de 40 pouces avec un lecteur DVD. La salle de bain a été récemment mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité, des comptoirs avec double vasque et une douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'amis comprend 2 lits jumeaux, un mobilier moderne, une télévision de 102 cm et un lecteur DVD. La salle de bain d'invité a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité et des comptoirs. Le plancher est neuf dans tout le condo.

Profitez de votre terrasse au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la piscine et le terrain de jeu de palets.

We sooo enjoyed our stay in Destin

This was our 2nd time using an online rental property, and the 2nd time being satisfied with our choice. When we arrived the Islander property was all we expected from the pocturrs. We appreciated the hospitality of the management, including the beach service.

Another fun week in Destin

Great Stay

Room 111 needs a new couch, the springs are missing and the couch smells. Other than that the experience is great.

The counters were NOT clean when we got there, 1 of the chairs was broken on patio, the lamp in living room is wonky and the couch is NOT comfortable. We had 4 people in the condo & had to wash forks every day, as is a minimal amount. on the upside, the decor very nice.

4th time guests of the Islander but very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit solely because it was on the first floor and ease of access to pool area. Due to construction, we were not able to use the patio at all during the entire stay even though mgmt kept saying it would only be one more day. We were given a 15% discount but that was only on the nightly rate and not the entire balance. We were told that was all they could do for us. The discount was not fair for the access and experience we lost. Furthermore, there was a strong odor from the painting that was going on and the patio furniture was in the living room when we got there and we had to physically move it outside ourselves. The couch was damp (for unknown reason), the shower had a problem, it sprayed water straight out of the toggle to switch from bath to shower, the comforter was dirty.

Unit 111 is AWESOME & Always a Pleasure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Islander EVERY year that we have been to Destin, since 1998 (a few years we missed, due to life happening). This is the 3rd consecutive year that we stayed in 111 & it is AWESOME. High end unit w/super comfortable beds. 1st day issue with sand in the spare bed & on outer deck, but NOT owner's fault. Also, lawncare people did NOT blow off grass on deck or pool area, also NOT owner issue. Front desk is AMAZING!!

It turned out to be an enjoyable stay

A little disappointed initially from inaccuracy of room and beach scenario listed. it sounded as though the beach was visible and right outside of room which is not the case. I do not like that I cannot lower the air conditioner below 69. In one of the reviews someone said the king size bed fell toward the middle. At that point I was going to scratch that room however, the owners replied stating the mattress had been replaced. NOT SO! Apparently the placed a foam cushion on top of the sagging mattress which made it hot to sleep on and the mattress with foam on top still sags toward the middle. The king size mattress does need to be replaced. I left with a back ache. other than that the condo is was well stocked and the facility had an activity for the kids everyday which was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love The Islander, we have been visiting for 31 years. The casualness, friendliness and ease to the beach is our thing. We would like to see a litte better upkeep to the condo in areas of ownership as: the couch bed was unusable - springs are missing and mattress fell to the floor; clean the extra dishes and appliances from the pantry so that we have room to store groceries; remove extra bed spreads for master suite. Just some basic TLC. It is obvious the owners use the condo as a dump for unwanted items or simply just never visit and "clean out". The unit is clean and tidy, but needs to be uncluttered. Needs a dust pan.

Great place to stay!

We loved being on the first floor where we could walk right out to the pool or beach! The unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved having the laundry machines in the bathroom! The only negative was that the King mattress in the Master bedroom seemed to sag in the middle. We put some towels under that area, and it slept fine. Maybe its time to replace that mattress? Overall, its a great unit, and we would highly recommend it to others!
